Almost 2 vs 1 buys to sells and the mms have the sp up by a mere 4% and yet the volume is greater than its been for weeks and weeks. In newly posted earlier to say watch the mms take the Bid back to .5p even if there’s loads of buying. PH are involved I’m sure but what’s their reason for keeping it low?

Hmmm I wouldn’t get hopes up just yet but something is definitely brewing here, we just have no idea what. Are these two increasing their stakes so a vote of 75% could be achieved to take it private and they have been invited to take their holdings forward into the new venture? As many red flags as there are white…

Or they may be forming a consortium in order to make a bid? At these prices they wdnt have to offer much to make it attractive to most of the pis with shares

This certainly confirms there is a fertile market place for products such as P140 and the timing could be really excellent. The fact that several of the big pharma names are all on the look out right now for new products with which they can corner the market and ring fence significant revenue all adds to the fascinating scenario IMM now finds itself in

DD can take anything from 4 to 12 weeks as a rough guide so right now I’d say it’s still a little to early to expect a deal but Tim hinted very heavily that there could easily be a surprise deal for one of the other projects in IMM’s portfolio. I strongly suspect he knew perfectly well a deal for something was already on its way when he first said that.

As I said before, unless you think the CEo has told bare faced lies in these interviews and there are no deals coming, just hold and top up on the dips. Probably not going to be Sept and possibly not Oct but…Nov and Dec will be like carnival time around here. Buzzing.

£258k sold and £230k bought. MMS are really keen to drop the Bid. Pretty even btwn trades and yet here we are over 13% down for a difference of about £30k in trades. Yeah it’s the usual farcical mms making nonsense out of it all. What are they trying to hide today then? Zzzz

I’ve not managed to get quote on HL to sell anything sizeable in the last few weeks. God knows how someone got a sell away earlier for £5.5k! Mates rates of mms?

Er have you listened to any of the interviews or read any recent RNSs or the patent filing one specifically? Honestly, what an idiotic thing to write! Extraordinary.

Emerald, why on earth would they want to bid for GDR now? The company is possibly about to go bust. That’s their dream scenario as there would then be no competition for their own product. Why would they bother spending money trying to buy GDR when it Gino and Russ are about to do them the most monumental favour by running GDR into the ground?

I think a relatively smallish deal is now priced in eg a licensing deal with upfront payment of £50m. IMM was valued at less than £10m before the patent was filed at the start of September. It now stands at £60m mcap.

So if something pops up before Christmas along those lines I imagine there may be a slight spike but then actually fall back to the 12p level.

What everyone is waiting for is something altogether more 'chunky', to quote the CEO. Anything more along the lines of £100m and the sp could easily double in a day. Will you be in or out?

If there was something even more major eg a bid to take out IMM altogether then we could be looking at a sudden rerate or possible suspension if it's a truly significant sum equal to several £100m. Will you be in or out? I've built my stake here and now prepared to ride out these dips. If any of my other AIM dogs spring back into life, GDR and MAC, then those funds will find their way into IMM. Hopefully at a lower price than now and of course before any major news lands. vbol to all those now holding.

Do you think there's something positive to say about GDR and the way it's been run? Be my guest. I'm all ears. If this stirs into life and gets back to 1.5p I can walk away with about £25k. If it dies a death then I lose £8468 at .5p.

I am still invested here albeit having largely sold out but am hoping against hope that there will be one last flicker of interest but just can't see where it's going to come from. Can you Lionel? Genuine question.
