It was a bare faced lie and that’s the guy people are entrusting their money to for another year or so. EBItDA now moved back by another 12 months so to the early months of 2027. No sign of FDA application being submitted owing to ‘much more’ data gathering required. NHS has no money. UK govt fcuked and the economy heading for further challenges post Budget Day in November. GDR perhaps sensibly are now trying to extend and adapt the Tests to fit Lab conditions and places as that seems to be where NICE keeps indicating they want to see the testing happen if at all possible. How long is that going to take? How much is that going to cost? Company Directors are nobly deferring (not reducing) salaries by 10% but from when and for how long no one knows. Until there is more clarity from the BODs on their ‘selective truths’ and the next round of dilution I’m naturally sceptical of how wise it is to throw more money into this right now. If all is rosy and the sp spikes to above 1p as some seem to think is going to happen then I’ll be delighted to sell one and for all. Each to their own.

What price will this jump to if there is an upfront payment of $100m , given what that could lead to in another couple of years? I was hoping for a complete buyout of there was genuine competition for P140 between a couple of the big pharma but perhaps I was just dreaming.

They like to spend it! Any ii wishing to get involved is going to be far more enthusiastic handing over another £3m or so at a lower price with much better potential to forward sell if their starting point is around .2 or .15p. Surely you can see that is reasonable? Maybe not.

Stocksaint, even if it goes up to 1p - a 300% rise - the amount they would lose would be nothing compared to the amount they’ve profited from shorting this all the way from over £1! They can afford to sit tight on what’s left of their short. They have reduced it considerably since a while ago. I cdnt actually find it on their website but I’m sure you’ve dug around for it.

Msuk - this is AIM and sentiment is everything, or nearly everything. The recent rise was a spike based on huge ground swell of positivity amongst the pi community. It can disappear as quickly as it arrives. If you are trying to find an explanation for that on your charts then you will ask rather naive questions such as this. It could easily surge 50% higher in a couple of days this week but…you won’t get any inkling of it if your eyes are only focused on charts and you never raise your head to ‘read the room’ so to speak. It’s volatile, yes, but with that come the extremes of + and - but ultimately the volatile is only there because of the huge potential. Again, your charts are purely based on the past and if you can’t input intel such as ‘potential deal’ then they become far less relevant in a situation such as IMM finds itself presently.

Vbol to you all the same. I don’t want to see anyone lose money but this is AIM. It’s basically a cess pit where staggering amounts of money are swindled out of the pi community by company directors, market makers and iis. Every now and again however there are amazing opportunities for the pis to make quick profits. I believe and hope this is such an opportunity. That’s based on some research and a large dollop of ….sentiment!

If you’re saying after an up front deal it would settle below cash in the bank then no, that isn’t logical imho. Any initial deal is opening the door to all manner of possibilities going forwards. I thought investors put their money into companies that might do well in the future? IMM with even a modest initial deal then stands likely to do really well further down the line. I’m talking investors, not traders.

I hope Tim will at some point soon reiterate there will be a deal before year end. It would be underhand in the extreme to do 4 interviews and stress in all of them deal by year end only to now go silent for two months and announce in Dec deal delayed. I imagine I would be far from the only person seething if that happened. His credibility would be shot to pieces for evermore.

Hopefully one of the big pharma make a move sooner rather than later.

No, not disillusioned here but I’m less patient owing to some absolute AIM shockers in my portfolio robbing me blind. GDR has lost 99.5% of its share value since I first invested and gone from 85m shares to 1.2bn with another 1.2bn shars being asked for by the crooks that are running the company. Good products but it’s been endless promises from BODs that never materialise. I am hoping against hope IMM is not another one of those. I have two AIM dogs in GDR and MAC and IMM which is doing well. Once these are done I’m out of AIM for good. It’s a total cess pit . I hope Tim or true to his word in announcing a ‘chunky’ deal before Xmas.

I am also slightly apprehensive the CEO will spend some of the cash that has recently landed in IMM’s accounts on extending, or worse actually exercising, a load of warrants IMM has in Incanthara. I feel uncomfortable with his conflict of interests and the way IMM has wasted money on INC before. They expire this week. Leave well alone Tim!

IMM is just about keeping its head above 10p so I’m a little hazy on where you see another rise of 250% coming from without news of a deal.
