RE: Clarity2 Oct 2025 14:05
So, a major share holder in Mr Nugent, and Mr English, come forward offering help for non dilutive funding and to support the company and the BOds say ah we’re really sorry but you’re just a bit too late and we also can’t help you by any of the 400m shares about to be issued and also we can’t help you get yr hands on any of the retail shares about to be offered. Really sorry about that. The next thing you hear is the Chairman posting mags on LinkedIn saying companies like GDR need more support and we need investors - and yet you’ve just totally screwed over your entire body of state holders with 39% dilution and more than tripled the number of shares, oh and offered all of that to an ii at a discount of 64%!
I’m glad Amers is bold enough to vote against a Board of Directors who clearly treat private investors with disdain and tell them half truths and yet have the gall to come back 5mins after rinsing them to ask for more of the same. I’s a f..ing disgrace and should not be allowed on the lSE, even by AIM standards this has turned into an utter nightmare for investors and one of the very worst stocks to invest in over the last 3 or 4 yrs.
Let me just clarify how well the Directors have done.
When I first invested there were 85m shares and the price was £1.35.
Now there are about to be 4billion shares and the share price is 0.23p. Gilham should NOT be posting mags to the outside world saying we need more support. He should be looking internally to his own stooges who have utterly destroyed any share holder value. This could all have been dealt with so differently but short term greed and incompetence by the CEO and CFO have wrecked any chance of any long term holders ever coming out with anything remotely resembling a profit.
For clarity on my part, I’ve been in and out over the last 18 months as the ship has repeatedly found itself on the rocks but I sold out completely 3 days ago as I fear the only way this will ever get back to a penny is via a consolidation. AND I’m sorry to repeat myself but I sob think Gilham will end up taking this private the second it becomes clear they can achieve significant sales. Pis are there merely to fund the company up to that point then it’s two fingers up to them.
Good luck with this is off you still have money in here. If you’re newly invested at this derisory share price then fine, I accept the risk isn’t that great and there could be some reward but I honestly wouldn’t bank on it.
