If all this potential good news everyone is posting about is so close why not do the next placing in December or the start of January? Ah, I know because the share price is at its lowest possible price ,for a placing, well almost, and Gino and Russ are keen to bend ordinary share holders over so the iis can give them a good old shafting. It’s grubby and reeks of pure greed from two distinctly unpleasant individuals who are perfectly comfortable acting in a way they Know will devalue everyone’s investment further. God, it’s not as if they haven’t already damaged share holders enough here.

Moneymule and the other fools have been here 5 minutes and now telling all lths what to do and how they should vote. Stupid predictions confirm they know nothing about this company and have bought in without doing proper research and are now desperate to get out with even a small profit. Most likely not even 10%. I suspect they will be here for quite a while yet until they can see their investment offer them a profit.

Sorry I didn’t clock that. So that will give them another £2 million that funds them possibly to summer of 2026 and the directors have stated they don’t expect to be profitable until H1 2027. That could be anywhere between January and July 192027 so where is the funding going to come from as of let’s say August 2026? The directors will come back to you and ask to issue another billion 2 billion 3 billion? Who knows but once this next placing goes through they will have control over any voting issues I suspect.

I don’t believe Gino and Ross would allow the company to go bust because it’s the biggest risk to their own jobs and their wonderful salaries. I think a no vote would force them to look into alternative funding propositions that might mean they are forced to take a reduction in their salaries and as we know from the previous two years that is not something they are willing to do and they would prefer to absolutely obliterate existing shareholders with so much dilution then lose their monthly paycheck. The deferral was an absolute disgrace And tells us that they’re actually offering shareholders. Nothing, they will get their money sooner or later and that is their priority.

My main concern at the moment is that this next placing is being rushed through for some reason. Is it so that the thunders can get 1 billion shares at the lowest possible price now before there is good news? Why not? Wait until mid December if we have funded until the end of January or February? There may be good news in that time which gives a shot in the arm to the share price and the market cap and Gino and Ross could do a replacing at a higher share price. Why won’t they do that? Why is it absolutely necessary when they’ve just raised money to fund for the next few months to get this next placing done as quickly as possible in the next few days?

Yes but that don’t equate to ‘nearly out’ does it?? If they’re intending to sell out completely then the sp will drop a long way from current levels with that selling pressure. But I think they’ll hold most likely at this panel, with maybe one more dump through this next few weeks which would bring the share price down for the start of November and also reduce the amount they have to pay in November. Of course by December we are all hoping there will be a deal as has been pretty much promised by the CEO.

The higher the share price average over the first 20 days of each month the more they have to pay. So yes, they sell to cover what they owe, which is less if they can keep the sp down. All fine.

DN can gobble up as many shares as he wishes but those new billion shares won’t be added at a premium so if he doesn’t make a move now he can just wait and buy more at the newly discounted price, which actually can’t go much lower can it?!

And even if the Resolutions are approved there is no guarantee the Directors won’t still take the company private. They and the new placee will have all the voting rights they need and by then there won’t be anything you can do about it!

Oof that’s about £150k of late reported sells. Is that all Lanstead? Pity for the sp but changes nothing. They probably want and need to be out before any significant news lands so we could see more of this in the next few days. Good opportunity to add.

I’ve bought £5k today but I’m reluctant to Throw more at this as I feel outs more of a protest vote atm not knowing which way the wind will blow come November. My heart says support Nugent and hope he gets a seat on the Board and someone from the inside will truly represent our interests. Vote yes and you’re simply rearing the Board further for taking it private in the very near future. The Doxtors’ Company with signed up Corportae Lawyer are in the mix here too I feel. Maybe it is they who are encouraging the NHs to hold any news on the pilot back until GDR is theirs?

Why no news still on the Pilot and also the publication of the Implementation Guide? Are they waiting to see what transpires at GDR????
