EmC - this BODs wants rid of pis before they submit the FDA application. They know full well it would put a rocket under the share price and they wish to issue as many shares as possible to their future partners going forwards in the private entity - you know, the one that is 'unfounded' - as quickly as possible so that by the time any news comes from NHS and NICE on the pilot results and publication of the Implementation Guide or the FDA application goes in the company will be private.

it's iniquitous what's happened and should not be legal. We have all been able to see how good the tests are for the last two or three years and, whilst progress through regulatory bodies has been appallingly slow, we all know well of the potential globally and financially for GDR if only the BODs would play with a straight bat. They have lied - 'any day now' and EBITDA expected H1 2026 - repeatedly and I dare say might be well infuriated with what is written on this very bb about them but...they deserve all the flack they get. They are dishonest, at best disingenuous, in my humble opinion, and their interests are aligned with those of a different kind of share holder to us ordinary pis.

Emerald, I agree with you they should have and possibly could have done these things before now but it's not in the interests of those currently funding the placings. There's the High road and the Low road, as the old Scottish folk song says, and our Directors have most definitely decided to take the low road.

Seeing as the Directors have called the next GM for Oct I think they may well be expecting good news from the NHS and NICE quite soon - interesting that it's all being delayed for some reason isn't it but that all adds to my silly conspiracy theory of the group of Doctors (who formed a Company and engaged a corporate Lawyer who deals in such matters) having some interests in which ever entity owns the GDR IP in a year's time.

fyi I did write a long email to the FCA detailing as much info as I could find going back as far as 2021 on the Company and had a generic response at least acknowledging my email but no promise of looking into anything. With every twist that we are seeing unfold I feel more and more well armed to email again and add to the pile of indications that perhaps point to some misdemeanour by GIlham, Gino, Russ and outside partners, incl Peel Hunt. It's Aim so I'm not in the least bit surprised to now see much of this play out this way. I'm just sad that Mr Nugent didn't make a move to engage with the Board sooner as it seems as if by the time he did so they had already put the current plan in motion. If Friday's sp manipulation continues tomorrow - there was about £66k of buys and less than £3k of sells but somehow the sp remained the same all day, and there was only one late reported trade which was obviously a sell of £45k - then I may be able to buy £10k worth and add my NO votes to the cause. Not much but another 4m to help get the Resolutions rejected.

The danger is that if PH see what's going on from reading this bb might they actually let the price go for a few days and push it higher? That would probably encourage many to sell rather than buy just now. That would of course play into PH/BODs/Allenby Client's hands and also give them a chance to pick up more shares to help get the Resolutions passed. I honestly wouldn't put anything past this lot to manipulate things for a few days to get what they want.

Small deal for one of the smaller projects in the portfolio but that leads to another level and then settle the P140 deal. Step up to 30p ish and then a major leap to £1+ That would see me walk away from AIM for good.

6 weeks later an equity fundraiser still isn’t completed. That suggests who ever it is struggling to get it over the line. No news, no sentiment and no confidence. Will this company just wither and die? They don’t appear to do anything at all!

Ok Jimi, so who do you think is going to take the next Billion shares in the next placing about to be voted on? A different ii? I very much doubt the Allenby Clients will be pleased if before they’ve sold their 400m for a profit the Directors have within weeks diluted them by another 30% or so. It will most likely be the same client, who will then own a huge % of GdR and, let’s say they don’t buy out gDR outright, once the sp goes up they will fire ever be selling at a modest profit - they would not waste years dreaming of £s but rather sell for a guaranteed profit of 50% so I just don’t see even in that circumstance the share price ever getting over .5p. Said client can sell at a 100% their 400m shares for.4p. Will the next billion shares be even cheaper? You bet they will be. .15.p? If that’s the case then they can sell at .3p for 100% profit. They won’t be emotional about it, nor will they give a flying feck how it affects pis.

From where GDR is now, if that pacing happens at the new nominal value of .15p then I’d say at .12 - .14p it’s worth another punt

It doesn’t if there is more than one party interested in what you have. The competition between said parties makes the prevailing share price irrelevant. Might not be all done and dusted and we hear the final whistle by year end but I certainly think we will see kick off and the ball will be in play before year end. What the market is waiting for is something concrete confirming negotiations are taking place. Still think this will be 30 - 40p easily by year end and, as said before, that’s at least a 200% rise from here.

If there’s no deal then Tim will be voted out at the next AGM imho. Would he really risk that by saying what he did in the numerous interviews recently? He was emphatic & even interrupted one of the interviewers to stress how certain he is of a deal happening soon. Nothing scientific about this, it’s AIM and often the massive rewards are borne out of taking huge risks and following sentiment. That’s exactly what is going on here at the moment and there are a handful of people working hard to get lower entries or lower their averages. Don’t blame them but they’re doing it for a reason: to make money. They might make more by switching from short to long as it meanders about but only if they get it absolutely right. For me, with over £35k in, it’s just not worth the risk of being out for when a good RNS lands. I’m seriously doubtful this will end up back at 2p any time soon so I’m comfortable leaving things alone and leave (and ignore) the chartists to predict the odd movement by a penny or two in either direction

It’s not a different kettle of fish at all! Is exactly what I feared. Get new shares into the hands of private equity firms working hand in hand with Peel Hunt and the BODs as cheaply as possible, whilst diluting pis %s as much as possible and get to the point where even voting to take the company private is a walk in the park. Good luck with it. I don’t want to see any pi lose money owing to conniving AIM Directors who reward themselves with fat salaries and deliver nothing but empty promises. I think this has been in the planning since Cheek left. Just my opinion but I think he didn’t like the plan and was therefore shown the door and offered a year’s salary - don’t forget he was only there for about a year - for keeping his mouth shut. Who, in any sector gets awarded a year’s salary after only 12 months??!

Amers, i’ve been banging on about this possibility for ages and absolutely no one took any notice. Now you post as if this is suddenly a new threat. I tried to make people aware of the danger of that first placing and suggested they vote no and was villified for it. I have a horrible feeling that it’s too late now but I do hope existing shareholders can get together to try and force this rascal board of directors to do something decent for once in the interests of its shareholders.

Tim also stated very clearly this was just the start! If by year end there are no deals and the share price has just continued to decline then I think it highly likely Tim will find himself voted out of the CEO role at the next AGM. He has had too much wrote in the past and I think will not be afforded more in the future. So, it’s deal time or game over for Tim.

It matters not 86KB if there is a deal worth let's say £250m then the sp will rerate accordingly. Warrants being exercised will lower the sp momentarily but the value of the company will still be at or around that £250m mark.

Just gotta hold and not be impacted by the up/down volatility. Even an initial licensing deal could be in the region of £100m and that gives us an instant 100% rise from current levels. fretting over whether it's 12p or 15p etc is pointless.

Sorry, to clarify, I mean off they bought GDR and kept it as a public limited company rather than buying it and taking it private.

Because they would take control and run the company properly, provide regular and accurate updates and work in interests aligned with ordinary pis and eventually deliver a far higher share price. They key is to get control of the company into the hands of people who can be trusted and who know how to deliver success. Gino and Russ don’t fall into either of those categories. You holdings wouldn’t be reduced in value or number shares diluted further.

I’m sure they’re hoping pis will buy all the ‘cheap stock’ as you refer to it. Allenby Clients will be gifted another billion shares or more probably at an even lower price than the latest give away if the Resolutions are passed

Mr Nug needs to get a shift on and needs much more support from pis and the wider market if he’s going to stand any chance of putting in an offer before the next GM is held.

Mi guess there is always a chance it’s Mr Nug lined up to be the next placee and it’s he who will take the next billion shares issued. I don’t think there’s was any mention of this extra 1.2 bn shares being issued when we first heard about the 400m? But I could be wrong about that? We knew about the warrants but not the further dilution so maybe that was discussed and agreed when Mr Nug finally spoke to the BOD? Would make sense and even though b he would be benefitting from an even cheaper give away he would then be in a position to a) make an offer or b) certainly have a seat on the BOD and try to steer the GDR management team in a more professional and ethically acceptable direction. Best of all would be he buys the company and then fires Laurel and Hardy and also boots out Gilham as Chairman. He’s had previous successes yes, but he’s been a disaster for GDR and that latest post was pathetic.

That’s my worry Stocksaint, I think the BOD, courtesy of all those who voted yes last time, know they already have ‘control’ thanks to 39% in the hands of ALlenby clients and PH, whom I still maintain are holding a large number of shares, even if not declared, on behalf of some other entity.
