RE: P140 “Immunormalizer”: Patent Filed, Deals Targeted by Year-End, 50-Disease Platform in Play5 Oct 2025 15:07
Rookie - I agree with you about the likelihood of a full buyout. However, not on the sum of £1bn.
'I’m confident of a full TO. Any partners can scoop the lot for £1B and control the full auto immune market for 20years generating hundreds of billions (if proven)'
If they could take 'control' of the 'full auto immune market for 20 years' then a buyout price would, I suspect, be rather more than £1bn! If it gives control then more than one big pharma will be eyeing P140 and IMM up.
The absolute ideal scenario would be for an initial surge in the sp based on nothing but sentiment, (20p?) followed by an initial offer for one of the small projects in the portfolio, (50 - 60p?) followed by a move from one big pharma to take everything, (£2?) and then an all-out bidding war to ensue between even just 2 or 3 of any of this lot below would push the final settlement a fair bit higher imho (£3 - 4bn?)
AZ, Pfizer, Merck, Bristol Myers Squibb, Roche, Eli Lilly, GSK, Johnson & Johnson, AbbVie, Takeda, Sanofi, Amgen....I could easily add more. It only takes 2 to be interested to cause some serious action here.
