JC what an idiot. God rather take your chances with a board who have already rinsed you repeatedly, and told you they’re going to keep doing it, rewarded themselves handsomely for it and achieved nothing to date. They’ve just announced is in fact another year down the track from what they’ve been saying for the last twelve months. Along comes a major shareholder putting in far more of his money - why do you think that is? To see it go into administration ? He has said publicly he doesn’t think what’s been done is fair. By implication that suggests he’s not going to get involved and do exactly the same to share holders: you bits yes and we all end up With nothing or at best next to nothing.

Love it. Reading this lot makes me feel less guilty for not actually attending church on a regular basis any more. We’re all looking forward to a huge surplice soon…feeble effort. Mea culpa, mea maxima culpa….

I just hope the Board don’t have any more nasty surprises they want to try in an attempt to sway share holders into supporting their huge salaries whilst being told they WILL dilute you again next year and almost no good news on the horizon. At least they have come clean recently about expected timelines for success and profitability. Or have they? Secretly they know good news could land any time now from NHS and NICE and send the sp soaring and I think that’s why they wanted this latest dilution scam to be cited on so quickly. I am also wondering if once DN is involved we might discover the FDA application could in fact be submitted now rather than being delayed until the BOD had wrestled the company out of pis hands. They know that application would also send the sp soaring! Nothing would surprise me with this lot.

I would actually like to see Cheek e re-appointed and for him to ‘confess’ or confirm the true reasons why he left so soon after being appointed. Was it to do with him fundamentally disagreeing with Gilham, Gino and Russ on taking the company private? Fine if so, but that’s going to be over shortly, and he was the best qualified person for placing products with the NHS. I don’t know if he burnt bridges with certain powers that be within the NHS and NICE when he had his little rant but, given there has still been no price in getting these tests to market and used through of the NHS in 4 years I think everyone can see where his frustration was coming from. Sack Russ instantly and either sack Gino or put him back in a scientific role and remove him from the Board. Gilham as chairman ultimately had to accept responsibility for this absolute shambles so he too should resign. If the Resolutions are rejected I think he will go with immediate effect. DN will have his work cut out but it’s possible he will simply urge an immediate sale of the company as is, to ensure the jobs of the staff and at least recoup some of the losses lths have made and prevent them from seeing continued destruction of the sp value through repeated placings and dilution galore. I pray Wednesday is a good day.

Any of which is an awful lot better than being diluted by another 25% and seeing the sp stagnate even longer and eventually watch Gino and pals take it private .

If more than one buyer came out of the woodwork then I could easily imagine a take over offer of £25m - £30m. Absolute peanuts for something with potential revenue of £100ms per year. Just emphasises what a complete catastrophe the Board have been these last two years. Complete mismanagement of what is an extremely valuable asset/assets. Instead they’ve ‘achieved’ a decline of more than 99% of the share price and seen the share issue increase by a multiple of more than 10! From 85m shares when I first bought, to now just over 1bn and a proposed further 2bn as a reward for being a lth. F..ing joke. Thankfully this latest smash and grab attempt by the directors looks as if it’s been foiled by DN. clearly the BoDs have no idea of what he’s planning as they’ve only offered to engage with him if he tells them of his plans - presumably so they could shoot them down in flames before the GM and get the Resolutions passed.

Also just listened to the interview with Ricki Lee. Otm - how the hell did you come to the conclusion Tim was negative in that presentation? You’re actually talking total nonsense.

When asked if he thought IMM was overvalued after the recent rise he said no, this is just the start. You’re actually making things up so I’m not quite sure what you’re up to. My guess is You’re down playing IMM very deliberately to continue building a stake and that you too know full well a deal is on the way that is, if you’re 1.4m shares aren’t fantasy, going to make you a very wealthy man.

Looked back through your posts and your messaging is full of holes, factual errors on what has been said in interviews and overly negative assumptions. Why? Who knows but they all add up to something that reeks of the brown stuff and so I’ll no longer waste time reading through deliberately misleading and incorrect claptrap. Binned. This time for good.

I can’t recall anyone actually asking you for your guidance.

The only thing that matters is whether or not the CEO was telling the truth in recent interviews. If he was then your posts are going to look silly, and if he wasn’t then you’re going to feel very silly holding on to 1.4m shares when you could have sold now, even though you’ve been shouting this down for weeks.

If P140 IS a game changer and going to change the autoimmune space then I believe others will be proved right in that one of the big pharmas will not want to share this and will want it off the table and will have to pay some serious money for it. If Tim has overstated the situation then the big pharmas will quickly go through the data and find him out. In that case IMM will suffer a catastrophic collapse from which it or Tim would survive. That would also result in him walking away with nothing for his retirement. His IMM colleagues and newly appointed Directors would all lose their jobs/salaries and financial security. Which do you think is more likely?

Good point Crober. Maybe DN wants it sold asap but at a reasonably sensible price. If the IP could be sold for 2p a share many might be relieved just now. Not necessarily lths though who have been utterly shafted. The more I think about it the more sense that makes. It’s by far the most plausible means of DN getting his investment back.

Listened again to the interview with Zak Mir. 12th Sept. Tim states ‘the company is going to do the deal’ at one point. I think he knew there was already at least one deal in the bag at that point. Further more, rather than becoming less bullish in other interviews that followed he was still adamant deal or deals will happen by the end of the year but I wonder if he was instructed to tone down his enthusiasm by the party they are talking to? If I was looking to partner with or acquire a small biomed company I would not want the CEO out there winding the market up to boost the shares price by several hundred % before figures have been agreed. So, rather than believing he’d been taken down a peg or two I think he will have been asked to calm his comments down. Going to be fascinating to see what happens but we are not going to have to wait 5 years that’s for sure!

Will it be a licensing deal or outright acquisition? If there’s any hint of competition I hope it’ll be the latter. If it’s truly groundbreaking then one of the big pharmas is going to want to have this in their stable and not be interested in sharing.

Did I say 30p? Hmmm could have been a bit too cautious with that.

Some of the potential is now priced in I feel and so some figures being banded about are imv a little over the top. That said, I really do think with a deal pretty much promised by year end the sp is going to fly as high as 30p+. Possibly as high as 40 or 50 if sentiment goes crazy and there’s little else happening on AIM on that particular day when news is released. I’m as confident as I can be that the CEO, having stated deal/deals categorically by year end repeatedly in interviews, that there will be something pretty major and that there will be a significant uplift even from this new level. More than 100% rise imv. Not long to go so I hope Tim is working his derrière off in talks.

Oh and we’re much further away from success than I said repeatedly over the last two years so I’ll need to come back to you again at least once if not twice and reduce the value of your £25 much further. Scum sums it up Perfectly and they ALL need to go. You can’t demote Gino back to his science role and have him on the Board going forward. It would be like having an activist who plotted your downfall living in your living room. OUT asap and not a penny more

Nearly a million quid of shares bought in just the last two days. Someone has made a massive move in an attempt to influence the vote and gain control of the company. Is it DN or have the Allenby Clients moved to make safe their investment in the GDR atm? This week is going to be fascinating. Either share holders will see a change at Board level and have their interests properly and fairly represented or it’s the same old routine of being lied to and then ‘rewarded’ with more and more massive dilution reducing the value of your holdings until they are worthless.

DN will NOT have bought loads of extra shares for that to happen. He must have a plan on how he can influence change and seek alternative non-dilutive funding going forward so I’m hoping the Resolutions will be thrown out and then a new direction and modus operandi is quickly established by a new Board. Personally I don’t think Gino or Russ should remain in the company. Their personal greed and utter contempt and disregard for ordinary shareholders simply can’t be ignored. The Board must have people of integrity and serious business acumen on it - something that has obviously been lacking to date.

As I say, going to be a fascinating week watching everything unfold. I wonder what the market will do if the next lot of massive dilution is rejected? Could be really good.

Don’t forget Nugent Limited also holds 2.72% so he’s over 15% as of Tuesday and there has been some major buying yesterday and today as well. He will probably know how Mr English is intending to vote and were that also a call for change then between them and a few others here they must be close to 25% of the entire share issue so will almost certainly manage to get the Resolutions thrown out.

It’s going to hit .5 very soon. Didn’t think I’d see that here again anytime soon. Amazing what a bit of positivity can do

We could all buy a load more EmC if that happens , but at least we could be confident a new Board would begin working in our interests rather than looking on the horizon only to see repeated dilutions
