I am in here with almost all of my AIM pot - if only my 2 AIM dogs would recover I would put everything in - and, whilst I'd absolutely be over the moon with a buyout offer landing I will also be thrilled to see an initial licensing deal land for even a modest sum. Why? Because that will be the green light and confirmation of what Tim has repeatedly stated in interviews recently, namely that big pharma are interested and are talking with IMM. I am not expecting anything in the £s before Christmas but I absolutely AM expecting 30p - 40p. From where we are today that's a rise of roughly 200 - 300%, maybe even 400% . I'm not normally given to excessive optimism when it comes to investing/gambling on AIM given what most company Directors are like and their MO for rinsing cash out of pis but....I honestly think after what the CEO has publicly stated in repeated interviews he must have known going into those interviews that something is already on the cards.

Hope this decline stops today. Not sure this deserves a 10% drop every day bearing in mind what the CEO has promised is in the near term horizon! MMS are having a field day at the moment. Looking forward to seeing 15p again soon.

I’m not one of the dreamers talking of a buyout for £bns, much as I would love that, but I do think with news of a licensing deal this could hit 30p+ in very short order. Over 200% gain from current levels by Christmas. I am topping up here as much as I dare.

Gulp. As i said, it's a staggering performance form the BOD for all the wrong reasons. Share price destruction, absolutely massive dilution from the mere 85m share that were in issue when i first started investing in this sham. At least they now have conditional approval from NICE for their tests and have 'initial sales' in foreign territories but nothing actually significant enough to warrant an RNS. Pity the NHS has no money to buy the Tests now and NICE prefers Lab testing anyway. Also a shame that they still won't have enough money to submit the FDA application unless they do another raise next year, which they have stated is possible. Just gob smacking.

I do agree there's some potential here for new investors to make some money but I would urge extreme caution with this BODs as they have delivered not a single one of their own determined targets with regards to sales or EBITDA. In fact they've just decided EBITDA now won't happen for another 12 months at least. It's all really something quite special. I suppose one good thing is they've put in another £85k between all the Directors and Chairman.

The 'Firm Placing Shares' are the 400m you are referring to. So, if the BOD try to arrange another GM before Oct 10th you may be on to something. All exisitng share holders have been royally fckued here with this initial dilution of 39% at a whopping discount of 64%.

Another 50% dilution to be voted for at that GM in October. At what discount who knows but it can't be lower than the new nominal value of .15p

i think someone earlier referred to all of this as a 'blinder' by the BODs. Well I'm certainly blinded for now and failing to see anything positive on the near horizon for GDR. In one fell swoop the BOD have managed to shift the balance of power in the share holder body very firmly from the pis to as yet an unknown funder and themselves. Remember folks, you voted for this.
