Even a small deal could land tomorrow - and the warning shot was fired by Tim on this - so imho no one is likely going to sell when they cd make an easy 100% at any time from now. You trade this at your peril and listen to idiots like this if you want to risk losing out on something really major. I’m thinking 4 weeks after the patent filing we can expect something. If as Tim stated there are several big pharma now sniffing about then yes, they’ll do their DD but someone has to make the 1st move. Once one puts their cards on the table anything can happen. I don’t believe they are going to happily carve up this prize piece of pie between them. One of them will want all of it and make their move, then all bets are off as to where this goes. 3p? I’m truly sorry for anyone who was conned into buying GDR shares yesterday. It’s heading for .1 in the short term and then god knows how low once it becomes obvs they can’t sell anything anywhere. We could see this drop as far as .01p easily. This BODs are seriously capable of destroying your investment. In fact I’d describe them as world beaters.

Hope everyone ignored or binned the laurel and hardy act earlier - moneymule and GoldiLock. All of their posts now look like utter tripe, exactly what they were. Looks as if they’ve done a runner already. Clearly not used to any stock performing like GDR ie astonishingly badly. For years. Share value destruction and massive dilution. 85m shares when I first invested here. Shocking

For me it's interesting that the vast majority of warrant holders are staying put and NOT exercising them and making themselves a quick easy profit. Odd that, if IMM is destined to head back down and you think this is all a charade. Or maybe it's that they DO believe in what has been stated very publicly and emphatically. One presses the buy/sell button and one hopes.... No one really knows. By year end however, we will all know if you are right.

Junior, personally I don’t believe the statements about profitability being delayed by another 12 months. I also think announcing now that you’re going to be planning another raise which involves dilution of 50% further down the track makes no sense whatsoever! I honestly think that R.N. S was designed to shake off as many ordinary private investors as possible and to put as much of the share issue in the hands of a few people that will take the company private as soon as they can. They have just given away 400 million shares for next to nothing. The directors have invested another £85,000 of their own money. Why? If they knew they themselves were going to be diluted six months down the line? It doesn’t add up and we know by their own admission that they are selective with the truth. That basically means they know we don’t trust them and they don’t care that we don’t trust them so they will tell us whatever they like and do whatever they Like. For now anyone buying in yesterday is either taking a complete punt or as I suspect is rather more the case this handful of people or organisations that are part of the plan to take the company private we’re buying heavily and will continue to do so today, sadly not enough to boost the share price back to 0 .5 but for the small investors who just bought in yesterday there may be a chance to get out at 0.35 pence.

I have absolutely no doubt the directors intend to take this private and well before they need another raise they will try and get the next billion shares also issued and those will also go into the hands of a party aligned with their plan to take the company private and by then they will have if not 75% then very very close to it in order to get a vote through. It’s devious, it’s deceitful, it’s despicable!

Do you need to ask? Buys that huge and a suppressed share price would suggest large sells. Any buys of that size given recent volume would be sure to perk the sp north

gino categorically lied in the investor preeenetation back in may. he said the results from the pilot scheme that ended in april were expected ‘any day now’. his words not mine. then, when john lay**** posted the communication from someone at nice the board quickly released an rns stating they were unaware of any given timeframe for news. which was true? gino is a liar in my opinion and a rubbish businessman - the latter has been confirmed beyond doubt over the last 2 years. russ is merely incompetent. they are both greedy. what a combo for a budding company to have at the helm! 99.99% destruction of share price in 3 years. let’s see if they can make it the big 100%!

By their own admission these Directors are not telling you the truth of what’s going on. I have the feeling the whole business about being EBITDA positive now a year later and that they will seek to issue another 1.2bn shares at some point in the next 6 months or so is actually blx. I think it’s meant to scare of all existing share holders and even repel new pis. The big holders want bigger pieces of the pie and at the cheapest possible price. They’re doing it right now with this placing. They will need 75% of a vote to approve taking it private. This is their way to get enough shares into the right hands before taking the plunge. If you can, hold on to your shares and definitely vote NO for the next dilution. It was idiotic to have voted yes for this one and I honestly can’t believe so many voted yes to it.

We need to see a Tr1 or two in the next week or so and then be ready to defy the Directors at the next EGM or else you have no one to blame other than yourselves.

Vote no and force someone to make a move to buy the company. I don’t think they will let it go bust now with a few major share holders on board.

What’s also become clear is that Mr Nugent and Mr English have almost certainly acted in their own interests and not that of us ordinary pis.

Oh and just for clarity right now….the sp is down and we’re in the red.

That’s within the scope of just a. Few hours. Look at the last week and the trend is definitely down with minor ups and downs Ona regular basis. Calling it as something major every single time it nudges up is just boring. But you’re right, I’ll ignore it and filter the carp instead.
