Discussed this with my broker who said there’s no need for them to rush into the next issue of an extra 1.2bn shares. There could be goods news and in which case they could raise funds at a higher price. Why do they need those extra billion shares out so quickly and so soon hacking just issued 400m? My broker agrees with me that somethings up. Don’t know what but these guys have NEVER worked in the interests of ordinary pis.

These Directors have determined imho that ordinary pis will not share in any long term success. It seems likely people will once again vote for the further destruction of their investments so I hope to be out by the time the Directors inform you they’re diluting everyone by a further 50% and at a price of .15 (that’s the lowest they can go) . That will then put the vast majority of the shares in issue in the hands of an unknown ii with no Tr1 declared. At that point they can simply announce a Resolution to take the company private knowing they have 75% of the vote in the bag.

And btw the sp is currently 9.58p according to Google so the bounce you posted about a few mins ago appears to be over already. Zzzz

And you say that every day 86KB and yet over the last two weeks the sp just by small increments continues to drop. I’m in here and not interested in trading but just posting repeatedly msgs that fly in the face of fact are just peculiar. Are you trading this daily? 86KB and Montuzard it doesn’tmatter how often you post stuff like ‘we bounce from here’ so why bother? Without news all AIM stocks sink. If we have another month or two brute news this will inevitably drop back to 5 or 6p level. I’ll then add to lower my average.

And whoever it was that posted a deal will be smaller because of a lower share price….you’re wrong. A deal will be worked out according to potential revenues from P140. The prevailing share price matters not one jot. Relax.

But bigh there hasn’t been anything like a billion shares sold yet, even with volume being pretty decent yesterday. Today was a total of 30m sold. It’s just not feasible that any ii would have taken that risk if there was no news on the way to give them the chance to sell or forward sell at more of a profit. I’ve honestly no idea what’s going on now as none of this makes gods business sense - unless there’s some serious deception behind it all. And let’s face it, we know there is. It’s all such a mess and really didn’t have to be like this. They could have done a big placing when the sp was at 3 - 5p .
