When will we see a T-r1 declaring who now owns the new 400m shares ? Or will there miraculously be a new or obscure LSE rule that allows this to be delayed by months or just hidden from view?

As well as that we should see another TR1 for the new prospective buyer wanting to£100k at the placing price. What are the odds we won’t see one for them either. One rule for us ordinary pis, an altogether different rule for the pro investors out there.

If the UK govt was serious about wanting to encourage ordinary people to invest in British Conpanies then the very first thing they should do is clean this cesspit up and create rules to stop businessmen like Gino and Russ robbing ordinary people of their hard earned cash. This should not be allowed to happen!

There’s a hell of a lot of buying going on for something that is finished.

Peel Hunt I suspect is the big placee and could have arranged for the sp drop directly to .2p. Insiders and mates buy at rock bottom and then I’m expecting news to land in the en t week or ten days which makes the sp double or more. The levels of deception should shame the LSE but I’m waiting for either news or a rebound before selling up. All of this doesn’t feel right and no one in their right mind would be buying now after the RNSs yesterday. No one! So why is there a whole load of buying going on?

The share price went directly to .2p so they are definitely trying to scare pis out asap for some reason. Normally a share price on such a placing would drop some of the way towards the placing price but absolutely to it. Rats aplenty around this and after lots of selling at .2p I would not be surprised to see the sp bounce back to .4p

Eureka, precisely. We’re just not being told what’s really going on. Who in their right mind would buy £100k now at .2p - or why would the Directors put another £85k in now - when they informed the market they’ll need to do another 50% dilutive raise in 6 months time. If you believed everything that was written out yesterday in the RNS then you would simply wait for six months time to buy £100,000 worth of shares at the new placing price which they’ve made it look as if it’s going to be even lower – unless of course they know there is something likely to boost the share price within the next six months, probably much sooner than that

Something not right and I suspect someone is going to make a very quick profit today by buying all the shares they hope pis will dump in uber next hour or so.

Whilst I definitely smell a large rat here somethings now add up even less than they did before the news yesterday. They suddenly appear to be in a rush to issue over another 1 billion shares at this excessively large discount to the prevailing share price of 0.5p. There definitely hasn’t been the volume of sales to suggest any Ford selling has happened so it looks to me as if they already have somebody lined up to take the new one .2 billion shares at the discounted price. And yet, here’s my latest theory, everything now apparently looks far worse and the company achieving sales and profitability is years down the track And yet someone is willing it seems to take those one .2 billion shares. The next EGM is to happen soon within a matter of weeks. I am starting to think the news about future profitability et cetera has been rather exaggerated to paint the blackest picture possible. Have they actually realised that news from NHS and nice might actually be positive after all and want to get this placing at the lowest possible price away as soon as possible? What they are doing now doesn’t make any sense unless they are just trying it on and are perfectly prepared to take it private at any moment. Frankly, I wouldn’t put anything past these directors either for their incompetence or their deviousness and deceitfulness and pure greed does anyone else Believe this? Current situation doesn’t add up? Think about it at an incredibly low price somebody for a couple of million quid can own most of the company within the next 12 months.

I’m slightly confused. I thought there were about 665m shares in issue as of yesterday and 400m are to be added now.

From the RNS - ‘ The Company has successfully placed 1,598,750,000 Placing Shares at the Issue Price with investors made up as to 400,000,000 Firm Placing Shares and 1,198,750,000 Conditional Placing Shares raising gross proceeds of approximately £3.2 million.’

That looks as if all the new shares, 400m AND the further 1.2bn have all been allocated already. Who has taken them? So deliberately complicated as to hide the truth of what’s really going on from ordinary share holders. This should not be allowed and these directors should be investigated.

Surely Mr Nugent and Mr English will be buying up every share they can once the price gets down to .2p

They can own double the number of shares in the company for peanuts soon and would then be in a position to bid for it. Would they, could they afford to buy it I wonder? They would get huge support if they announced to the world their first corporate act as new owners would be to sack Gino and Russ… I would vote for that!

I told you all you should have voted NO at the recent GM. It has opened the door to the next placing. If they had been rejected it would have forced them to find an alternative solution. Turkeys - Christmas.

Agreed Rooney. This is all designed, clearly with the 2 new major share holders aboard, to rid them of all ordinary pis. So, what to do, sell out and accept losses or just leave it and see what happens? Gino, Gilham, Russ and a handful of other people are determined to take it as low as they need in order to end up with it all left to themselves. Greedy fcukers. Nasty fcukere too.

No Laura, the new issue with the new 400m ahares agreed at the recent GM brings the total to 1.14bn.

They want you to agree and vote in favour of a further 1.1bn shares. Ie double the new total. It’s astounding

More over, WHO will give them another £2.2m in another placing of another 1.1bn shares - double the new existing number of shares in issue? This has gone from 85m shares to 2.2bn shares in just 2 years and the share price will fall well below the new placing price of .2p. That’s a share price destruction of 99.99% folks.

Anyone know disagree with me that this is being deliberately taken down by the Directors? They still want to shove pis into the ground further and kick them hard whilst they’re prostrate on the ground.
