I did already. The day after the share reorganisation was proposed in an RNS. Even my broker said it was becoming absurd how badly the company seemed to be performing given its hand in hand product development with the NHS, subsequent delays aside, and the global potential of the products. I had a bog standard response thanking me for my email but that they are not able to look into every inquiry but that it is now on file. I’ve since heard diddly squat.

Look at the last 3 yrs. with repeated dilution the value of the share price is over 99.57%. Just too obvious for me. I’m simply awaiting a small surge for whatever reason and will then sell. GLA I think we’re going to need it!

‘Any day now’ was a downright lie. He was in a room full of potential investors though, what would any of us done in that situation? Anyway, I’m beyond the point of believing anything this CEO says or has ever said.

Will Marechale make any money or is it going down the pan soon? It has almost run out of cash and when they do RNS a deal, think brewery in Guernsey, they don’t mention any figures at all! Still not really sure what the point of that RNS was. Well, I do, the CEO was just trying to generate a few trades…

Guess what? It was due ‘any day now’ back in early May according to the CEO. We’re heading to the back end of Sept and still nothing, a delay of at least 4 months.

Quite a lot of trades today compared to usual and yet the sp has been rigid for most of the day. Does that mean MMS have it set and prepared for the inevitable placing? I was hoping they’d wait for some potentially good news but I guess that’s too much to hope for with these guys at the helm. Get the 400m shares into the hands of the new owner. Sorry, funder, asap and at the lowest possible price, then rinse repeat in January. ArNS later today looking likely I’d say as they probably got it all lined up before the GM.

The key word there is CRITICAL. I know, let’s set up lots of meetings and build in time for inevitable delays and see if we can avoid giving the North anything for, shall we say another 2 years? Sounds like a plan., don’t forget marechale is a nobody in the scheme of things with a fool for a CEO and Chairman. They’re way out of their league and are likely to be overlooked or sidestepped and end up with nout.

Ok so they could issue all 400m shares now at what, .35p and back themselves £1.4m less fees. Buys them another 3 months. Then in January ask if they can issue another 65% new shares ie about 650m shares for another 39% dilution. That’s the way to treat and engage with share holders :)

Thing is, if this expected news in mid to late Sept (Gino: ‘any day now’) is NOT good then there is no way GDR can be EBITDA positive in H12026. Another timeline blown. Surely that would deserve another splendid bonus?

Perhaps like the situation with Mr Nugent they just won’t pick up the phone? I really do agree it’s come to such a pitiful valuation surely someone sees an easy and cheap route to seeing great value here.

EmC I agree with you again. GDR is on the floor albeit with supposedly 2 fantastic products that have a potential global market of £100s of millions per year. And yet no one is willing to pick it up right now for what? £10m ? £4m to cover the monthly cash burn until EBITDA positive in H1 2026 and the cos t of the FDA application. Something doesn’t smell right about that either. Is there a Data room available for interested parties to view all the results of the many studies that have been requested here there and everywhere? Surely one of the big distribution companies such as Beckman Coulter must have an idea of the potential market and thus potential profit margins? Are approaches of interest being rebuffed perhaps? Who knows but GDR is a sitting duck right now. Great products but things have never looked so bad for the company. Go figure.

Anyway, we await news from news from NICE/NHS. If it’s bad then I fear it’s all over for pis . If it’s good then maybe the market - and pis again - will rescue GDR’s ass.

Let’s face it, if the Directors of this company have enough time to read this board and are fretting about my theory then it doesn’t look very good does it?! Did they ever pick you the phone and speak to Mr Nugent about his alternative option for non-dilutive funding? If not, then why not? Why do they prefer this dust share reorganisation and damaging dilution of…just another 39%?

And from the GM - answers were there none. Hope I’m wrong for all concerned.

Junior, keep up! The Directors then released an RNS stating as far as they were aware that funding news applied to Lab testing and they thought news was still going to be positive for PoC testing. Time will tell.

I’m delighted the bOd are in no doubt as to what I think of them and their utterly abject and dismal performance at Board level. It is THEIR decisions that brought the company to this situation. Not what I’ve posted about them here on LSE.

They have to wait now for the news from NHS and NICE on the results of the pilot study which finished back in early May. Many were hoping for the publication of the Implementation Guide and confirmation of a national rollout of CYP2C19. I’m guessing if it was great news the BOD might wait for the share price to recover before doing the first raise but they could also just hand over the 400m shares right now for .25p and raise enough to get them to Christmas before it all goes t.ts up. Going to be very telling when they finally show their hand - not something they’ve ever been comfortable with.

Bid dropped to .4 for opening. Think it’ll be obvs what the market made of yesterday’s GM.

Agreed Shelly. I’m in now for good with just over £10k at 1.55p. Those shares will remain untouched for the next couple of years and in the short term if there are any drops I will add more. Very difficult to have a target price as it’s all so new and virgin territory, if you’ll pardon the expression. It might not end up making it into £s but whatever happens I think it’s easy to imagine this will hit 10p in the next year if we are given confirmation Google is the M7 partner and DH win a contract or two. Long term hold.
