At least most posters here are realistic about the chances of the share price declining further. If/when it gets down to..2p I’ll consider having a punt and joining the rest of you to watch with interest what this motley crew of directors manage to achieve. I think next RNS may well be another Director or two and then another small raise - to cover salaries - and then read the next list of things they want/hope to do.

Stevehoops was adamant this was a goer but at least was smart enough to recognise his mistake early on and beat a hasty retreat .

I agree but am more conservative than you even. The LSE is performing woefully in many respects and there is a general trend for ambitious companies with realistic targets to move away. It's not a healthy organisation at the moment and with the current labour govt i can't see that changing for the next few years. Almost nothing has a fair valuation and the good old days have gone in terms of having a reasonabe chance on what many would term as a 'punt' or risky investment. MFIA is suffering from that at the moment especially. I would say we should be closer to 2p but am hoping the sp can see its way to climbing up to 1.5p but am also worried about the constant selling. It never sends much of a tingle factor across the realm of pis.

Get to 1.5p and I reckon it will then rip away. For now we struggle to stay just above a penny.

I've had in interest in GDR for many years now but not as of the last 6 months or so. I can see the potential revenue has stacked up like never before. It appears so close but the bottom line is: do I trust Gino and the team of Directors?

Whilst this is below 1.5p I'm going to buy up to £10k worth of shares. No more, no less. Hopefully the positive posters are right about imminent news on this toolkit being published and that is truly the start of a national roll out in England. I hope to god this comes good soon. No more posting from me until it's clear we've bought into a success story or lost everything. GLA

the clock is ticking right now for GDR in terms of running out of money. I'm afraid I would take posts suggesting they are fully funded until at least October with a wheelbarrow full of salt. They are spending half a million quid every month and bringing in nothing near that so how the cash run can last for another 4 months is ebyond me. They need this toolkit implementation guide published asap.

Oh I think there are some iis who agree with him. They’re just biding their time watching Gino and Russ run the company into the ground before making a move. The second there is any good news interested parties will have to show their hands so it could be fascinating to watch and I still think there is a slim chance things could work out for share holders. Just not a good chance.

And if NICE decides against it, what do you then expect for GDR Stcoksaint? Game over? 50 odd wmployees out of work? Or admin threatened and a low takeover

Oh and just another week has gone by with the implementation toolkit NOT being published. Next RNS announces a delay? I’d put money on it. All designed to get GDR closer to the edge of bankruptcy and deliver the coup de grace the Directors have probably been working on for the last 2 or 3 yrs.

So when do people think the directors are going to do the dirty? Only a matter of time now before they run out of money again and announce a low ball offer from a private equity firm, stating they recommend acceptance of the deal or risk administration. Buyout at £10m? Directors will take their shares forward into the new private entity and pis will be rinsed out for peanuts. Does anyone here really trust Russ Shaw? Or Gilham?

This just shouldn’t be allowed on LSE. If you don’t believe me then read this bells from their RNS and tell me a single aspect where they are anywhere near achieving anything. Yep, you guessed it, nothing. It’s 100% a lifestyle company and in a year it will change lanes to another sector but only after the Directors have rinsed pis for another year’s worth of generous salary packages and bonuses. It will achieve nothing.

What still no news? Oh and still nothing to sell? Not even any word on any possible acquisitions to get their hands on something with potential. Watch. Silence for months and then a placing to say they need funds to progress their numerous discussions and future AI military programs. All bs.

Hmmm this really isn’t looking great now. What chance Steven intends to hold onto those 33m shares when he could now sell them for a huge profit and drive the share price down further. This is starting to stink. Bernie lost even more control?

Would have possibly been a good sign if all the Directors had exercised their warrants but this looks as if one of them has decided to bail out. Time will tell. Go on Lab, tell me there is nothing to be concerned about.

I don’t think he sounded bullish at all! Decidedly non plussed I thought. The market is a fickle mistress. With luck the big seller will F off soon and allow this to start realising some of its real potential
