Me too, if it drops under a penny I will continue to add. I’ma bit nervous about who ever it is constantly selling and the persistent failure of the LSE and market to value MFAI properly but am confident the company is on to a good thing and will have news soon that blasts the sp well above 1.5p and hopefully beyond.

Can’t come soon enough, esp now they are still awaiting the export license and can’t sell anything. At least there is something significant Bernie can do to give the sp a boost, or does he have to have permission from Hainan and the MG to publish the resource update as well? Nothing would surprise me in all of this.

Ok again splitting hairs but I thought in the presentation he said they expect to be cash positive in H2 FY 2026. I agree with you that the GDR financial year (2026) starts right now but when they showed the slides for predicted sales in Europe/Middle East it simply stated Q1 2026. To me that means Jan - March 2026. If it had stated sales expected FY 2026 Q1 then yes, that would be from right now.

Anyway, if NHSE announces a national rollout throughout England then revenue will come in from home rather than abroad and things will rapidly improve here. I was invested in GDR for about 5 years before having my 6 month sabbatical and in all that time the directors have not once met any of their own stated targets or deadlines. Not once. Always delays and then something hoves into view which requires pis to shoft their own expectations/ambitions with this stock.

We need positive news and a significant upturn in the sp in order for the BODs to take on a loan until the company becomes cash positive. Of course more sales news would have been good but we’ve just been told no sales in Western Europe or ME until Q1 2026. Like I say, squeaky bum time for Gino and Russ.

Actually it may not have been GDR but in a post from a respected poster Eureka - back in Nov 2024 he posted ‘ The Pilot scheme for the stroke test in England is due to complete by April 2025.’ and I’m sure he didn’t make that up.

Pilot was supposed to be finished end of April. Think it was delayed. So this next news on publication of the implementation guide will also be delayed? By how much longer? This must be extremely uncomfortable for Gino and Russ to be running things so close to the wire financially and they need this news very badly. Unless…they’re up to no good. Fingers crossed all. And they have governance issues to sort out before anything so they comply with FCA rules. First thing they have to do is appoint more pals to jump aboard the gravy train. How many I wonder? Each probably offered at least £100k a year. The deeper I look at this the worse it gets. They have very little money but will soon have a growing number of Directors who will all want to be paid but nothing to actually buy any technology that could be worth anything. Actually they could afford some water pistols but that’s about it. All the talk of AI driven air drones is for the birds.

I’ll buy in if -a) the share price drops to a sensible level given this ‘defence only’ company doesn’t own even so much as a water pistol to sell in a corner shop, never mind any AI driven software/hardware. They have nothing but have raised £3.45m to pay salaries. The nominal value is 0.1p and I would not be surprised to see this drop fairly close to that over the next t 6 weeks as it dawns on the market the only thing this company has to sell is a prospectus telling people what it wants to do. It’s an utter nonsense. You can’t get anything to sell in the armament sector for £3.45m (less salaries of course). At this level it’s not even a punt. You just throwing money away. Btwn .1 and .2p it’s worth £1k or so.
