We are in an administrative and regulatory processes, involved in managing a mining operation. This includes the steps from exploration and planning to closure, encompassing legal compliance, environmental regulations, and stakeholder engagement. Essentially, it's the framework that guides how a mine is operated and eventually closed, ensuring responsible and sustainable practices.
You would have thought they’d get all this stuff sorted before actually mining and having 40k tons of lithium stuffed in sacks sitting on the tarmac! Bernie is a tiny morsel in a Hainan/Mali Gov sandwich. He will have to do as he’s told and just accept whatever is offered for the project. Will Hainan be reasonable though? Or will they go for the kill and put the squeeze on Bernie to give it away horribly cheaply? MG could easily lean on KOD and threaten their other licenses. This is Mali we’re talking about and they’ve already made a grab for 35% of the profits in return for doing…? Yeah nothing but slow everything to a grinding halt. My average here is .39p and I’ve been reading Lav’s posts for years. Always reassuring and saying nothing to be concerned about. He doesn’t post on any other stock so safe to assume he’s a paid ramper. Could even be an insider on KODAL side paid some pocket money to post positive crap all day every day. 150 odd posts in the last 30days? Hmmm
