RE: So in the 8 hospitals how many babies are tested per month?16 Jul 2025 10:19
Good point Guy but.... I've been thinking about something Gino said in the recent investor presentation, namely that GDR would be cash positive by FY2026 H2. That means he thinks GDR will be covering its annual costs of £6m (and more perhaps?) by about January at the earliest. Yes, there have been many missed self imposed timelines over the years and Gino also said the implementation guide was due to be published 'about now' and that too is 3 weeks since, but at the moment GDR, as far as we are all aware, is nowhere near earning £6m per year.
So, either Gino has just spouted something totally spurious OR he knows full well that purchase orders are in the near term pipeline (EU and ME?) and that there is definitely going to be a national rollout throughout the UK. To suggest such a milestone as being cash generative in just under 6 months time must mean he knows or is 100% confident that things are about to change imminently. Surely he wouldn't be so foolhardy as to make a projection that is complete pie in the sky? Would he?
