There are two different narratives going on here. B-pos says ‘ A rerate will be when the shares are trading at 5p and then over, which is very doable before the year is out.’

LOTM-13 on the other hand states the company needs over £7m to fund commitments it has made over the next couple of years and doesn’t have it and so needs to raise a shed load of cash.

Which to believe? Strange as LOTM only a few weeks ago was uber positive too…

All fair points. I’ll come back in 5 years then and see how the plan is working out. If people decide to stay in then I genuinely hope you’ll all manage good exit points. Don’t want to see any pis lose money really, other than Tom Winnifrith and his cohort of course.

Has anyone noticed any changes to the website yet? Or is that yet more of a delay? They first told us to keep an eye on the website about four weeks ago and as far as I’m aware absolutely nothing has changed. What are they playing at?

If anyone needs convincing this is a sham just read this from the RNS in which the wondrous ‘Staz’ was appointed a Director (he should really have stuck to selling clothes)-

Long term tech partnerships….erm the company is about 5minutes old. The whole paragraph is just full of absolute bs intended to suck in pis. IF and I stress IF they try to acquire anything they will do another placing first and their mates will do the usual forward selling at higher prices whilst pis wet their pants over a manufactured rise in the sp courtesy of mms collaboration. Read the paragraph again and you’ll just laugh. If you don’t then you’re going to lose a lot of money on this crew

Er I think it’s more a case of people realising this Ian just another of those AI stocks that a mega rise in the mere mention of AI. Turing out to be just like SCGL and others. Market obviously isn’t buying it. So so far below the placing price stinks. Placing shares now all sold well above .35 and now pis left holding the baby as it crashes to earth with a nasty bump. Had hoped for something decent with this but it’s just more hot air in the steaming turd of a world called AIM

And cue the large delayed sells…these will see the sp well into the red by closing time.

I totally agree that defence is a brilliant sector to be in just now and don’t doubt there are huge amounts of money going to be paid to those who can provide software/military hardware to the UK gov . The only trouble is this company and its Director’s have NOTHING to sell and no experience of selling anything in this sector. I did laugh reading the excitement here when a couple of former military personnel were appointed as Directors. Anyway, so it would appear is already on the way down. By Christmas I fully expect this to be back to .2p or lower

Only problem skier is that they were terrible in their previous incarnation as well. Remember esports assets were sold for £100k plus £2m of debt!! They couldn’t fart Ina loft of their lives depended on it. Luckily for them they don’t have to. Gullible pis will simply hand over huge amounts of cash in exchange for a few opaquely worded RNSs from the BODs hinting at least things like ‘good progress’ and ‘positive discussions’ with ‘potential partners’ etc etc it will all end in tears. Pro traders will obvs have a field day and be well out by the time the inevitable dawns on pis

BMC - they have no more shares held in treasury so even if they did do a consolidation they would still have to get share holder approval to issue a load more new shares. I think… would have to be an EGM.

If that does happen - and it’s looking increasingly likely seeing as there’s obviously a problem now with the implementation guide or NICE reversing their decision after results from the pilot not being so great - I would really hope it’s the last round of funding for a long while!

All looking very typical for GDR - delay after delay and then when news does finally land it’s not as good as everyone hopes. Ah well.

If only they had something to sell skier1! They have nothing to sell and nothing like enough cash to acquire anything interesting. Nor, more importantly, do they have anything like enough time to develop anything that cd be interesting to the UK govt for the purpose of military defence. Anyway, it’s all fair game for trading and I’m sure there are an awful lot of traders in and out here.

It’ll be to fund exciting acquisitions… that recent placing was just to cover salaries/holidays/school fees imo. These guys are gonna rinse pis good and proper!

IMM Ian your classic AIM hit-and-hope stock with the archetypal Arthur Daly like character constantly trying to pull the wool over people’s eyes.

And the share price is down 75% from the early year highs when Tim first came out with all his bs. He knew perfectly well what he was doing. I doubt there will be a single deal by the end of this year as no trials are going to happen and so what can Tim offer anyone? If there are any deals they are unlikely to be blockbusters imho

So, after all the excitement at the start of this year Tim has been proven to be a liar and put out misleading information in interviews. Will the FCA investigate this charlatan? Not a chance. He’s not to be trusted imho. Think this will fall back now to last year’s prices as more realise Tim is full of hot air

Approaching mid- July and amazingly still nothing for GDR to celebrate. Another two months of cash I reckon so consolidation must be on its way in Aug/Sept imv . Followed by yet another placing and obvs even more dilution. Either that or a lowball offer lands to take it out at about 3p a share? At least you’d get your money + a bit pension investor.

Ah such a shame ALERT don’t own any isn’t it?! In fact they don’t own anything. Good ruse and good for traders I guess.

If that’s the case then there’s either a mighty big placing coming our way soon or this company can’t survive. Great. Next small spike think I’ll head for the door. LOT- M posting positively for ages and then says oh actually I’ve some more research and digging and now think it’s in trouble and the company has no control over its own position on where or when it gets its money for staying at the table in various ventures.
