Judging by the difficulty the share price is having staying above .35p maybe all those ‘chunky buys’ are in fact chunky sells? BID has been dropped and looks set to fall further. Is Ctai going to be another scgl? A lot of the AI stocks that have enjoyed surges and lots of interest over the last 3 or 4 months are now fizzling out and falling back. Thought Ctai might be different. Ah well.

Meant to add…successful FDA application will be the icing on the cake but sadly not due until end of 2026/early 2027. The slides in the presentation didn’t say FY2026 and James Cheek about 18months ago also mentioned early 2027 as the earliest possible FDA approval date.

FDA is no longer key to GDR’s success. Did you listen to the recent presentation?? Did you Take anything at all from it?

Recent presentation shows huge increase in potential revenue from UK alone for both tests. The same goes for potential sales in EU and ME. The problem is the delay in the implementation guide being published. Is there a problem? Have the results from the pilot been surprisingly poor and NICE have now decided against a national rollout? We know the UK is famous for its bureaucratic delays and the NHS is notoriously inefficient in every respect but this latest delay is becoming ominous

Hopefully my moaning post will do the trick and we get an RNS before lunchtime today.

Just for clarity to newbees, ALERT was formerly Cassus Capital Ltd and before that Guild Esports LTD. Guild sold it's total assets for a whopping £100k cash - oh that included a genuinely whopping £2m of liabilities. The track record is there for all to see here with these Directors. They are not here for the benefit of pi share holders. Save your cash and the heartache. Just my opinion and not advice.

When Alert raised cash recently on the back of a totally suspect spike in the share price they must have thought Christmas had come early. Let's publish a prospectus, take loads of cash for ongoing monthly pay cheques and then keep quiet for as long as we can, whilst pretending to be buying some military AI driven software.

Please watch this link EC. 20mins in there is a slide which clearly states FDA submission end of 2026. James Cheek, former CEO, also stated in a previous investor presentation that likely FDA approval for MT-RNR1 would be early 2027 so that's consistent with this most recent presentation given by the new CEO Gino Miele. On the right of the slide it doesn't even give an estimate for FDA submission or approval for CYP2C19 so it's a long way off.

Whatever your thoughts on FDA, I think the supposedly imminent news on the publication of the implementation guide is going to be the deciding factor in whether or not GDR survives an early lowball takeover offer. If it comes in the next two weeks and is clearly positive and affirms a national rollout then there will be many happy and hugely relieved share holders here. That would put some wind in the sails of the share price and lead to Gino being able to ask share holders to vote in favour of a solution to the ongoing financial struggles.

For me the game changer in that recent presentation was the huge increase in potential revenue here in the UK. Really try not to post but had to clarify this FDA nonsense from EC.
