Take a look the trades. It is up thanks to a whopping buy of 50p. A handful of desperados here have come a cropper and need to lure in other hapless pis so they can attempt to exit without losing most of their ‘investment’

I wonder how many more £5k sells we’ll witness today and then the intermittent buys for 50p which mean those exiting can at least do it at .4p. Eventually it’ll crash well below the placing price and back to where it started. I’d put money on it, but just not money actually in this charade.

Thoughts now LOtM-13? They about to announce another placing? Had really thought this was going to do better than the other AI stocks like CPAI, MFAI and ALRT but it’s actually doing worse than all of them. Just my luck.

I've a gut feeling now that this hasn't all worked out the way Gino and share holders had hoped.

If the next RNS is NOT announcing national roll out of CYP2C19 then it's going to be very tough here.

Options?

1) low ball offer with BODs telling us to accept or risk going bust. 3p per share?

2) Actually go into admin and IP is bought for peanuts. Share holders wiped out?

3) BODs announce a raft of resolutions that need to be approved in an EGM?

What can Russ/Gino and Gilham do? Most likely imho is number 3) An RNS announcing an EGM with proposals to take out CLNs, share consolidation and issue of new shares for an equity fund raise. It might save the company and see it through to break even or even profit but that existing share holders will once again be kicked in the balls and rewarded for their loyalty with at least another 40 or 50% dilution, possibly more given the utterly desperate situation the Directors have managed to get GDR into thanks principally to continue spending money they don't have or earn for the last few years.

How low this time? Yet more of the placing shares being churned? Decent volume but just can’t get back to even half a penny.

Could have sworn Gino himself said ‘any time now’ in the investor presentation which was about 3 weeks ago? Perhaps with all the doom and gloom stats on the economy the govt is reigning back on its promises to deliver more cash to the NHS? Here’s our 10yr plan….but we can’t get going anytime soon because of the mess the Tories left us in….

The company has always been dreadful at comms but this is now becoming so time critical as to impact on whether the company can survive. I’m not at all convinced they’ve got enough cash to last much beyond September and they will have to resort to something drastic to save their own skins/salaries and it won’t, in all likelihood, be beneficial for existing shareholders holders. Sod’s Law I bought back in recently. Sp quite likely to drop further now as it becomes apparent there’s been yet another stumbling block. More studies required, more evidence gathering? Just too expensive to implement at this time? Who knows.
