Don’t think so Jimi. That £800k has to be used on the Scottish testing scheme and can’t go to cover the monthly cash burn of salaries. Personally my guess is the cash runs out in August. Expect a bombshell early July.

Didn’t someone on here post a few weeks back that they’d been told this implementation Guide was going to be published ‘soon’? Amazingly there seems to be some delay though.

If they want to take the company private they and whoever is their financial saviour will have to persuade 75% of share holders to vote for it. Not going to happen imv. LSE can force companies to delist either due to bankruptcy or non compliance with LSE rules. I think PH are holding their 66m shares for this imagined partner and GDR will be kicked off LSE. Share holders I don’t think will get to vote. Performance of Gino, Shaw and Gilham has been utterly desperate to date and I can’t see them turning this round.

Jimi- I thought you said we’d hear in May..? Now you say it was always going to take two months after the pilot finished and it’ll possibly arrive in July. Then August….Sept…. By which time GDR will yet again be broken and over a barrel as regards financing. Nothing actually trumps the finance issue sadly and it’s the Achilles heel of this BOD. Good at the science. Thank you Gloria, that’s what I meant. Effectivelycthere is no roll out until the tests are completed, 18months after they start. Ie 2027. GDR will be given £800k to implement the tests. But GdR will either be bust or bought out well before then.

Probably just as accurate, if not more than all yr predictions of success and ‘nothing to be concerned about’ bs. My post was just a thought not a prediction.

And I stand by what I said. Can’t blame Bernie for two untrustworthy partners in all of this. Nor would I blame him if he wanted to run once it’s sorted. It’s a terrible mess and we need Bernie to come away with at least something . Something is better than nothing.

Personally I don’t see Bernie sticking around much longer once this Lithium debacle is over. I really don’t blame him for what’s happened. He’s been caught in deep water with two sharks working together against him. He’s been easy meat. I’m hoping he’s talking to Hainan and offering the project on the cheap or I fear they’ll take it all for nothing if he even attempts to play hardball with them. Once that’s done and hopefully we all walk away with some profits from this point in time I think Bernie will wave a fond farewell to Mali. I wouldn’t blame him in the slightest.

Don’t like it when things become opaque like this but tbf at least it’s an insti putting their hands in their pockets and they’re not likely to sell at a loss and they will know far more than we are ever told about what’s happening here. This was the RNS from March this year - genedrive plc (AIM: GDR), the point-of-care pharmacogenetic testing company, is pleased to note an announcement by the Scottish Government of investment into phased delivery of two national scale pharmacogenetic testing programs utilising genedrive's MT-RNR1-ID and CYP2C19-ID kits in NHS Scotland.

That is NOT a national rollout.

As for the increasingly illusive implementation guide and toolkit, due once the pilot scheme ended in April (but was delayed), still nowhere to be seen due to ...another delay.

As for advertising a 'new job vacancy', this you must agree might well be simply to a current employee leaving? That said, the BODs have done exceedingly well in meeting their targets of spending £500k every month for several years. Well done guys.

It flies in the face of what looks to be a doomed venture so maybe things aren't that bad and someone with deep pockets has an inkling of something positive about to land? That's the thing about GDr Directors, they tell you as little as they can possibly get away with so for years investors have been guessing wtf is going on and where do GDR truly stand on the road to success. Gonna be a fascinating watch.

No one, no matter how experienced or talented they are, can magic up a military Defence industry in weeks or months. This will take several years but my suspicion is these guys will happily take money off hapless pis for a year or two before switching to crypto or what ever else happens to be flavour of the month leaving investors with sfa

Looks like there’s a serious problem with the National commissioning in England and that it’s not going to happen. If they can’t sell it even to the NHS who helped design the tests then I don’t think they’ll stand a chance of making it commercial in the US. I personally think it’s heading for administration and then the IP will be snapped up for maybe £1m?

LWHL - only punt money. Exactly. Any contracts would take years to finalise and seeing as they haven’t got a clue what they can even sell yet it’s a case of no more than £1k for me and in the bottom drawer. Think it’s just a ploy myself. Get former military people to be on the Board so it looks good and why not? They’ll get a nice monthly pay cheque for not having to deliver anything for years. A few placings to be expected and some RNSs stating ‘conversations’ are happening here and there and you’ve got a typical AIM lifestyle company. 100-1 chance they actually pull something off and I make a few £k but I’m not holding my breath it I’m honest. I disagree with you about the ‘calibre’ of the current Directors but you’re entitled to yr opinion.

They have never had the funds to cover FDA application costs because they spend too much on keeping the lights on at home in Manchester! £500k a month? Wtf do they spend all of that on ffs?
