RE: Ignore them18 Dec 2024 22:13
Iâve watched the AGM again and still think they look like theyâve just had some bad news at the start. They all loosen up a bit once theyâve spoken a couple of times but Lornaâs body language is dreadful, and it looks to me as if thereâs a rift between her and Graham.
Anyway, the main take for me is that clearly we are going to have to wait for some considerable length of time to get the ML. So, as you were, but everything on hold until they have it. Lorna did NOT actually answer half of one of the earlier questions: is it possible the ML might not be granted. Either she forgot or thought better of confirming that itâs a possibility.
Once they have the ML they can get on with the CPR, publish details from the FS and pick up conversations with third parties and possible off takers.
I also think they have the impression there IS sp manipulation but that what ever is going on isnât actually illegal and itâs not necessarily due to mms playing games. Could be a large telegram group of retail investors? Weâre doing have a single Corporate investor on board to date. Thatâs sobering and I personally would feel much happier if there were at least three or four, even if only with minor holdings.
M time will tell whatâs going on but I fear itâs several more moths of no news on the ML and so sp will drift further. No income from the US until May or June too so nothing from that project to get things moving with the sp for several months sadly. Any plans to act with in the next three to six months on any further projects will need an EGM and that means the BOD would have to be fairly explicit about what funds would be used for to gain share approval. Not sure they like that prospect.
Obtaining the ML is key.
