It is now clear that MT-RNR1 will not be for sale in the US for an absolute minimum of 15 months and possibly up to two years.

This, together with the admission that gaining commercial sales in the domestic market is proving slower and harder than they anticipated. They will therefore definitely NOT be able to generate enough income from sales to avoid at least another two or even three rounds of fund raising imv.

Desperately disappointed and now we know why the presentation is slated for 2nd Dec - they know this will damage confidence hugely and that many share holders who have already exhibited huge amounts of patience and support are being told ...look, we're doing really well and getting there but it is going to take another 2 - 4 years to get the sales we need to be self sufficient and not have to come back to the market for more and more money....

Now absolutely clear that they intend to sell this when ever an offer lands. No sane businessman would maintain a monthly spend of £500k (more than we were told previously) with no signs of revenue to come anywhere near to covering that for several years. Just a question of who will buy it and at what price. I'm done. This was the last disappointment I will accept from this company, one with great products but one that has been totally undone by the masses of red tape it has to jump through in order to get it's amazing products into any health system to improve patient care and save money. Crazy world we live in. Good luck all those who choose to stay in but I will be out completely by the time the presentation is given, which will be an exercise in damage limitation. sub 2p and back to placing price by January I feel.

To be fair to Cheek I think Budd set up that god awful death spiral finance deal that nearly brought the company down. Can’t recall who it was with but Cheek and co did well to get the company out of that and get the placings away last June. Pretty much saved the company and we’re still none the wiser as to why he left so abruptly. He was meant to be the knight in shining armour as he had specific experience of selling into the NHS. P can’t imagine he left the CEO position and £300k salary lightly…

Previous figures suggest 1 in 500 babies carry the genetic variant. These figures, ok a first round, suggest more like 1 in 365. Even more reason to get it rolled out as soon as possible. Zero risk to the infant patients.

Stock, surely you agree that if the FDA de novo process is commenced early 2025 AND we are told there could be an NHS national roll out in either England or Scotland starting in April or May then the share price would ok very different from today? If the sp say a good deal higher Gino and Russ would be in a great position to negotiate either a smallish bank loan or offer existing share holders a chance to partake in another placing for something like just £2m - £3m. That should be plenty to sustain the company to the point where revenue from the US would Perry much cover all annual costs. I’m looking on the bright side for once and know there are many ifs and buts but we’re hopefully closer to this kind of news now than we’ve ever been. Looking on the distinctly gloomy side, if Gino said there will be no national roll out until the 24 month POLAH data gathering studies are completed AND they have no specific dates to commence the FDA approvals process for MT-RNR1 then the sp would plummet and either GDR goes into administration or, as seems more likely, there will be a lowball offer to buy GDR out and share holders will be forced to accept it or risk losing everything. It could go either way but I’m actually far more inclined to think the former is on the cards. It’s all to play for right now. If this shoots to to 5p I recover all my losses and actually walk away with a modest profit. If it doesn’t then I continue trading it as long as I can just to recover a little more of past losses. Where will we stand next week I wonder…

Personally, no, I don’t think he’ll do that again or else it looks as if they’ve achieved very little with al the £5.48m they raised other than pay their monthly bills.

If they need to plan for funding again come Easter time, say in readiness for June or July, they will surely know they are going to have to have something far more compelling to put before any investors, iis, PH or retail than just a simple ‘cough up or we shut up shop’.

As I’ve said many times, I’m a wary investor here going on past performances by the BODs and sales team in particular. I also trade GDR according to the picture presented at any time by the company. There is precious little to go on in terms of specifics but we’ll know more in a week’s time. I am desperately hoping we will be told the UK roll out for MY-RNR1 could happen as soon as Easter 2025 and also that the FDA approval process will commence in January. Those two things alone would persuade me to stay in and not bother with trading it any more. Come on Gino, you know you want to!

He didn’t say when we would be told. Just that a floor price has been agreed and there is no cap and that it is with Hainan, presumably to dot i’s and cross t’s ie it could take a few more hours or months.

Results are not going to be great so it’s all about how much confidence Gino and Russ can instil in investors during that presentation. Gino is good, engaging and eloquent when he speaks. He’s always got some energy being what he’s saying which makes you feel he absolutely believes what he’s saying. Russ on the other hand has appeared rather taciturn and reluctant to say one word more than he has to. As long as he can speak confidently about the numbers and give good projections that’ll do for me.

Why can that license not be transferred? Why does it now have to be withheld? Why does the resource upgrade now have to be delayed until after production? Why has the dispute with Hainan not been resolved? Why is the mcap still 25% lower than it was before that recent RNS? But you have no idea why anyone would want to sell?

Tks James. Useful info. Well that’s a huge increase in the number of staff and there’s no way they’d be doing this if the BODs can’t see a way forward to keep it all going. Don’t think they’re so inhumane as to take on people with the risk the jobs might not be there 6 months later. Or at least I hope not.

News of the ML being granted, a JV partner or a tv other good news should see this soar but the problem is the very recent past and Lorna’s massive discounts for placings have caused consternation and hesitancy to both existing and potential investors. The company obviously needed that cash but it has definitely damaged sentiment as far as retail investors are concerned. By that I don’t mean the idiotic rampers proclaiming 3 to 4p in a matter of weeks.

I’m hoping for good news, no placing and then hopefully a share price back above 1.5p for Christmas. That would do nicely….for now

How can you tell if these positions are new additions to the workforce? Or are they simply replacing outgoing members of staff? It’s nice to think they’re expanding in readiness for something good but don you know they’re growing the workforce for sure?

Laughable to read an article in which M Saylor brags how MSTr is making $500m per day. This last week they’ve lost over $25bn off the company value. A meet $ 5bn per trading day. Scary

Has the dispute between Kodal and Hainan been resolved yet? Nothing has changed other than that. If it’s not serious and only a ‘small blip’ and the next $7.5m is ‘neither here nor there’ then why is the mcap and share price still 25% down from pre Hainan RNS levels?
