If they can survive a low ball buyout in the next 6 months then by Christmas next year this is going to look very different. Personally hoping it gets taken out soon for 12p - mcap of about £60m. Going on potential global market revenue that would be a very fair price. I would however still vote in favour of 6p if that was all that was offered. Just don't think Gino and Russ have the experience to steer this to success by themselves.

Yes, one would assume that but this is Gino we are talking about. I don't think we are going to hear anything before the update. I also think we will then hear nothing until about March or April which will be the time Gino will either need to come back cap in hand to pis asking to rescue the company again or attempt another small placing with Peel Hunt's help. They will HAVE to raise more money. Can't see any other way they are going to survive up to the point they start making enough income. Even with FDA approval sales will take some time to be established and money actually start landing in GDR's bank accounts.

where did you dream that up? Why not read back over what GDR have said about potential market figures?? Honestly, I’d like this to rocket but that is a ridiculous statement based on fantasy only. US population is roughly 5 times the size that of the UK.

Given the Directors were so strong in condemning an offer of 400p a while ago as fundamentally undervaluing the company’s worth, and that they have recently made another acquisition, and that the offeree must know there is a blocking share holder, I’d say anything above 550p wd be worth calling decent. In truth I don’t know. If there is an offer I hope it lands intra day so the herd is caught napping and I can throw another chunk in but things don’t normally work out the way we want. Gla

Seems like GOOD’s own Nomad is using this to trade and make some small profits. Buying 500 odd shares at 330p and selling 900 shares at 3.48p. They must have inside information so I’m a bit perplexed by how they can do this. Anyway, the bubble will burst here soon I guess.

Looking for a buyer now when the M cap is a tiny fraction of the company’s potential worth would result in a very disappointing outcome for shareholders. Hopefully Gino can at least get the share price up to something like five or 6p and then try to find a buyer. If only the FDA process could be started or a national rollout for NHS England or Scotland announced then we would be onto a really good thing.

If they did a raise now for £1m specifically to cover the cost of the FDA application, with minimal dilution, I actually think the sp would start to move north because the next news after this will either be regarding NHS national rollouts or/and FDA approval for MT-RNR1 3 months after the application gets under way. Another 6 months and this is going to look very different and someone will want to buy GDR out.

I’m more cynical when it confess to these things Tiger. My assumption is more along the lines of: indication of possible offer and interest, followed by GOOD telling them what they’d be interested in but also explaining they have an activist (hostile) share holder (Vince) to get round. Go away and come back with an offer by Nov 25th that can persuade him to agree to sell or there just won’t be a deal. I don’t think GOOD will be doing anything at this point other than just waiting for an offer to land. Much the same as us. Someone somewhere would get wind of any offer about to be made and the sp would be climbing. Just a different opinion. Of course I’d like you to be completely on the money and an offer of 500 is about to drop!

Yes Popeye. If they just want to raise enough to cover the cost of the FDA application they might for it now whilst the sp is still 2p+ rather than wait until the kart possible minute as they did last time, putting themselves in a very weak and risky position. Doing this might mean less dilution for shares holders. Who knows though. We’re all guessing

EmC what the heck are you expecting with this?? It's going to cost a small fortune to pay for the process and GDR do not currently have enough spare cash. Are you keeping up with all the RNSs and informative posts on this bb from numerous posters?

The only way GDR can afford to embark on this process - and not run out of money half way through it - is either to do a fund raise specifically to finance it or know with 100% certainty that they will have enough income coming in from sales to cover it as well as their monthly spend on just running the company.

NHS roll out that could provide enough income is not going to happen until May at the earliest. A smallish fundraise IMHO is the most likely route. Could be early January or even December. No other news expected before that as far as I'm aware. Think end of year results are highly unlikely to get the market excited so more patience is required. Posting that RNS from July 15th again and again achieves nothing.

And what % of UK's cardiac arrest victims might also be tested for CYP2C19?

Anyway, sounds to me as if this is now a period of calm and that we must wait for announcements around April 2025. Doesn't seem like there's anything in the off'ing before then news wise.
