RE: Full Year Results14 Nov 2024 12:51
Eureka, I don’t think we’ll see good news on either of those issues myself. However, I do think there will be plenty of positivity based on an imminent announcement from NHSS regarding a national roll out and also the pilot schemes in the NHS England which will be completed in April 2025, hopefully followed soon after with an announcement on a UK wide national roll out. My feeling is Gino and the gang have decided not to pursue the FDA De Novo process for MY-RNR1 until they have secured one of these roll outs and enough income to cover the cost of FDA application. I am actually happy ( believe it or not) if they adopt this route as it’s far less likely to mean another raise and another massive does of dilution. Would take longer but we’ll profit more in the medium to long term.
Enough cash to see the company through to at least Easter, esp if they hold off with FDA process and don’t increase monthly spend to £600k. Tax refund will come in February which will also help get the company past that crucial Easter date. I don’t know how much the De Novo application costs so difficult to estimate how far an extra £100k income per month would go from NHSS towards covering it. Bit by bit, slowly slowly GDR is reaching a turning point. Eventual buyout or take private and BODs make ordinary share holders an offer? Who knows.
