i was thinking it was going to be ok after all when the sp rose to .37 at the end of the week but then it shot back down to .34

i’m taking my chances here so, whilst i’m furious with yet another **** up from bernie and his team, i am still hoping there might be a resource upgrade ( although they might now not have enough money to do that) or as you say spod prices go on a run. i think a buyout that is favourable to ordinary share holders is looking increasingly doubtful. the relationship is now damaged btwn kodak and hainan and i can only see a hostile lowball offer coming in. time will tell.

KOD mcap is £68.8m and $15m is nearly 20% of that value. Only a small blip. Nothing to worry about. Etc etc these are just typical of groups of investors who work together to lure in hapless pis.

This has been an extremely damaging week for KOD and Bernard must be a very worried man and he hasn’t been able to allay fears this week with any further comms. If it was a simple ‘misunderstanding’ then it would have been cleared up already. Think a large dose of reality and humility needs to be taken on board by posters who feel superior and are always saying how great everything is. Clearly there is a very serious problem. Explanations and some clarity badly needed this week.

I’m now a little sceptical any serious offer was ever going to materialise. There are some GOOD detractors and I’ve got the feeling this ruse was all to undermine the company. If it is announced - and it must be by Nov 25th - there is to be no offer the share price will drop heavily back to around 2.50 and that will not be a great look for potential GOOD investors to see the sp seemingly crash by 30%. This could all end up being a total waste of time.

In the last 6 months from a high of .64 per share he has indeed delivered…a 50% drop. When does the drop stop and the relentless posts suggesting all is well and that this latest hiccup is nothing serious? Relationship with Hainan ruined. No trust in MG . And now Bernard has no money left to do a resource upgrade. Where is the next little spike coming from I wonder??

Hainan want Kodal out and of course they can weaken them to the point they are out of cash and have to sign away their remaining % to help pay for yet more outlandish bills to MG. It’s a stitch up. I’ve read some extraordinary parts over the last couple of days since Hainan did the dirty on Kodak.

The current situation is far more precarious than many posters on here admit to. I think they know full well Kodak is going to end up footing this huge bill and have very little cash left. Hostile lowball offer incoming and Bernard won’t be able to refuse because of MG pressure. Same posters are saying one thing and exiting through the back door. Bernard has been rear ended and so have we. This whole project is so much further on than just a few months ago and yet the sp has dropped by roughly 50%

So the resource upgrade hasn’t been done and there is now nothing in the pipeline to rescue value for share holders. Next few weeks before production my guess is there will be another move by MG and Hainan to further weaken Kodak. Then as soon as production starts we’ll be booted out of it all. Don’t understand why people aren’t jumping up and down trying to find out when this will happen : ‘ Genetic testing for clopidogrel resistance in people who have an ischaemic stroke or TIA will be

Last year there were 13,000 who suffered a stroke or TIA. If Scotland decide to use Genedrive PoC tests then that’s about £1.5m in revenue from sales generated just north of the border. That would cause a fairly seismic reaction to the share price and surely give confidence to trigger the De Novo process for FDA approval for MT-RNR1 in early 2025

This NHSS decision is definitely going to be made but not a soul has a clue when. Crazy

It’s an impressive list but GDR haven’t posted a single RNS regarding any sales so we can only assume none of them have shifted any in significant quantity yet.

I’m keen to know when NHSS are going to make their decision on a roll out of GDR’s CYP2C19 tests. This could be a key pivot in GDR’s fortunes on LSE
