RE: Don't under estimate power of FDA clearance in the USA.4 Nov 2024 09:35
Personally think Gino is planning to take GDR private. They won't be successful trying to raise funds again after such little success in sales since the last placings, and if Gino was half serious about coming back to retail to help with another raise then he would be doing at least something to help keep pis engaged. Instead there's total silence. Suggests to me he knows results and progress is all too slow and they wont' be able to afford the FDA process. He's run out of options.
NHS England will not adopt a rollout until April 2025 earliest and from the NHSS reports last week I have serious doubts they will take another route from NICE's own recommendation ie Lab testing. I also thought the numbers for Mt-RNR1 were really bad and the report stated there were still 'research gaps' so even this test being adopted for a rollout is some way off.
Just for clarity I am now out having sold over the last two weeks all above 2.5p - the last portion actually on budget day! Similarly to Stocksaint I think things are now very bleak again for GDR and will watch from afar until the next funding issue is sorted. Or of course it is taken private or bought out for a low ball offer.
Someone said GDR is 'undervalued' but I'm amazed it has a mcap of over £10m given the position it's in, the money it needs to progress FDA approval, delays in NHS rollouts and its ongoing monthly costs of over £400k. Can't carry on. Stick my neck out but I think the next placing will be at or below 1p and that really will be the last throw of the dice. That's if there aren't already take over discussions going on, but if there are then the price can't be much above where it is now.
