The process will take about a year as well as that will not qualify for De novo process. Absolutely no way can it possibly be approved in the next 6 months. Don’t know where you got that idea from.

At some point that option will close so GDR would have to start all over again were they to delay application for too long.

If it was a low ball offer then the GOOD directors would not have needed to consult with their financial and legal advisers as it would have been dismissed as materially undervaluing the company’s value, much in the way the previous offer was turned down. I think there must be something it or else if it was an easy decision it would have happened by now. Vince could be a stumbling block but even he I assume has a price he would sell at. Anyway, if it goes to a vote for share holders can Vince stop a decision of acceptance?

FDA approval for CYP2C19!is a long way off. Think Gino on the presentation said application in 2026 and hope for approval to be given early 2027. Could be wrong but I think that’s what he said from memory .

De Novo process is just for MT-RNR1 and that is what we’re hoping will get underway asap or early 2025 and could take as little as 3 months to get a rubber stamp.

Looking back on the last RNS I can now see that it’s just full of fluff.

The 50% of investors who stated they were still willing to commit their money to WBI will have been told there is no risk of them losing their money as they will only have to hand over cash if a Nomad is found and new business plan put in place. Half a million quid is nothing so I don’t see that as in any way reassuring .

IMO the fat lady has been out doing gigs all weekend and will be putting her feet up as of 7:01am tomorrow morning. Another AIM African experience gone t.ts up.

Sorry EmC but I think with increased spend as of early 2025 GDR will need to start thinking of another placing early ish in 2025. If NHSS come up trumps then that will help massively but remember the income even with a full Scottish roll out would only come to about £1m and that’s not before costs have been taken into account. But I agree it will help put GdR in a stronger position. I also just think starting the FDA process will really boost confidence so again these two issues could change the brokering position for GDR in any lending deal. As things stand though that isn’t the case. I’ve no idea when the NHSS will make their decision, nor do I have a clue as to when the FDA process might be triggered. Bearing those things in mind the first date we now know about that could change things is April 2025 at the end of the UK NHS pilot scheme. Hopefully it won’t take them another 6 months after that to finally decide on a national roll out but this is the NHS we’re talking about and it moves at a monolithic pace given the overweight levels of bureaucracy within the system. Remember there are more managers than doctors in the NHS. Not a healthy system atm and it’s not just due to lack of funding - although that’s certainly part of it - it was the massive creation of office positions under Blair’s govt that was supposed to take the burden of admin off the medics shoulders and help make administering treatment more efficient and far more speedy that has brought the whole system to a grindingly slow snail pace. Hopefully the next years will see a streamlined service that focuses on new technology and improvement of quick medical intervention. I wouldn’t count on it though…

EmC - GDR has a US partner (we can’t be told who) that is helping in clinical trials. Once those are done then GDR can start the FDA De Novo process for approval. I think Cheek said they hoped this would begin early 2025. Since he stated that we’ve had that RNS from July 15th which hopefully means it may only take 3 months to gain final approval. GDR will need funding for it though and we’ve not been told how much extra it costs but we were told monthly spend would increase from £400k to about £600k to pay for it. GDR imho doesn’t have enough money in the bank to do all of this and keep going until April so I’m guessing Gino and co are pinning hopes on NHSS coming up trumps (topical word just now). If that landed the sp would surge and on the back of that extra sales income and positive sentiment returning once more I believe gDR cd do a modest find raise for £1m or £2m. I’d really like it not to be more than that though as the company has only recently nearly quadrupled the money of shares in issue…
