Volume is tiny and the sp can’t hold much above 350p. I don’t think the market agrees with your rather optimistic 550p prediction…. The way the market is reacting I’m guessing this is going to be another low ball offer in the 400p region. That’s IF any offer transpires at all - didn’t appear to be very likely atm

Rather against my better judgement I’ve actually bought another £8k this morning to lower my average - and the price at which I can get out at without a loss.

If Bernie doesn’t come up with a good explanation soon for yesterday’s fiasco and also give an update on a resource upgrade then I’ll consider jumping off altogether if the share price can recover to .39p. Going to have be some pretty miraculous news to make this shift 20%+ but I’ve placed my bets and will just have to live with it if it all goes t.ts up from here on in.

Totally share your frustration 100no and am finding this rather superior attitude of ‘it’s a small blip’ etc increasingly suspicious. The MG threw the first spanner in the works by upping their stake in this project from 10% to 35% just cos they could. Now this unexpected extra tax to pay which is obviously NOT a typo.

I hope Bernard is busy competing a resource upgrade to try and rescue this current calamitous drop. Many more of these ‘small blips’ and KOD will be on the floor. It’s shabby and deeply suspicious that our ‘partner’ seems keen to put KOD on the back foot . Why?

Gino could help sentiment so easily by engaging with the market and doing some easy interviews and talking up their plans. The silence just stifles interest.

I also think Stephen that they didn’t quite hit their targeted £6m, plus there were costs to be taken off the total they did manage to raise.

An extra £200k per month for FDA process (hopefully only 3 months) plus we’re paying clinical trials in the US which are being carried out by our secret US partner. Hush hush.

That said , GDR should receive another R &D tax refund as long as Rachel Reeves hasn’t decided to cut those as well.

I think it will be tight timing wise but it’s possible GDR COULD survive until April, by then perhaps NHs England will finally finally pull their fingers out and decide to adopt the PoC tests. NHSS might also announce a roll out but helpfully they not GDR seem to know when a decision on a possible rollout will take place. Just keep everyone guessing.

Frustrating as always that sales are going to take longer still than anyone thought possible but it is what it is. We had 3 sentences from Gino yesterday so that’s it for another 6 months probably from him. He’ll have to say sobering though when they delay the next set of results . All is not lost yet. More patience required

For once I agree with you Slacker. I too think there will have to be another fund raise and suspect it’s going to be at a huge discount again and double the number of shares this time? Another AIM scheme for daylight robbery. At the current rate of shocking decisions by AIM company directors in all sectors AIM will not survive another 5 years.

KOD’s partner Hainan has just shafted them and you think my posts are off the mark. Fine. Agree with Lab. let’s see just how much of a ‘slam blip’ this turns out to be.

I am invested and was waiting for the License transfer - only the sp dropped once it arrived - and then the resource upgrade and then a Hainan buyout. Looks like I was wrong to believe any of these wd be of benefit . Just have to sell next week and try to salvage something from yet another AIM sham. I don’t think Bernard has shafted KOD share holders. Hainan and the MG have. Like I say. Each to their own . I’m entitled to my view. If you don’t like it use the filter button.

Bernard has been played and KOD will now walk away with nothing is my guess. Hainan knew exactly what they were doing and anyone suggesting it’s an accidental clerical error is either stupid or being disingenuous. MG and Hainan have done a deal behind Bernard’s back and KOD will have to walk away empty handed imo. I did try to say last week this didn’t smell right and that Hainan and MG had KOD over a barrel. Well, this is proof of not only that but that Hainan want the full 65% but aren’t going to pay KOD fair value for it. Bernard and Co out of their depth and have been played. Blx. Huge BLX!

It will be a shame to see GDR go for a smallish sum and I’m sure Gilham would have wished for more but he’ll get his cut another way, you just watch. Hope we’re all wrong and NHSS make a decision to rollout really soon. That would give shares holders here at least something worthwhile before any buyout is agreed

Anyone know when NHSS will make a decision on the assessment report? Haven’t seen a date anywhere.

If he resigns from GDR soon you’ll know what to expect.

Muminr - you think NCYT might make a move to acquire GDR? Their mcap is £38m so they'd have to go some to do it but the connection is now there for all to see.
