Lakeplacid, you raised points I'm sure all GDR share holders have concerns over but if you're going to go in with a hob nailed boots approach then is it any wonder you received no response? Clearly Linoel's email was written and phrased in such a way as for Wallbrook to feel able and comfortable in replying the way they did.

Great to know the GDR machines ARE patented. Also good to know there are sales in all of those foreign territories, although I'm minded to say if there had been any significant level of sales then we should probably have been informed via RNS. No matter, if they individually don't amount to much that would explain why there have been no comms. Hopefully when we do finally see the results then there will be a nice surprised in terms of total sales from these countries.

It'a ll taking far longer than any of us could have believed and GDR is still not over the line but we just have to hope that Gino and co won't take the company private BEFORE there is an opportunity for retail investors to recoup some losses and reap some rewards. I fear it is fanciful for us to think Gino and Gilham will blithely continue the plan for global commercialisation and turn a blind eye to the interest of potential buyers that will surely follow announcements of NHS national rollouts and FDA approvals. The big pharmas will know about all of the crucial information well before retail investors and make their move early. Either a buyout before full commercialisation - around the 12p mark if now or 6p if GDR do another raise and dilute share holders again - or they are barstwerds and do another raise and then take it private in order to sell to a pharma. That way Gino, Russ and Gilham make far more than if they look after share holders. Let's face it, on evidence to date they are NOT inclined to look after share holders and have given no indication of them wishing to exhibit gratitude for pis rescuing the company when it was nearly bankrupt.

Personally think it will be bought for a low ball sum just before the NHS rollouts are agreed and before FDA De Novo application is triggered. Both of those would see a surge in the sp and result in any offer having to be significantly higher. Suspect by Easter all will become clear.

H ok well in that case it's another 4 and half months before any news on UK sales. Can't see them pulling the trigger on FDA De Novo application until they have more money behind them. If NHS do decide to adopt GDR's test it will be another few months before any serious level of cash starts rolling in so they will definitely need to do a raise before they embark on FDA. At that time the monthly spend will increase to £600k per month.

Far from buying in and waiting a year I'm more tempted to sell on the next pump and dump - Gloria I think you have played this very well - and wait until the next placing is done. The Directors own shares so it's now in their interests to do a placing at as low a price as possible so they can then buy a shed load of shares for themselves. The higher they allow the sp to go the less they can afford.

Honestly Lionel, do you believe Gino and team would be quite so bad at comms if they planned to keep GDR listed? If they have any hopes of raising more funds from pis - funds which they undoubtedly will need - I then they would be keeping us sweet. No, in my view the plan is to take it private at some point but that’s not to say pis won’t have a great opportunity to make a really decent chunk out of this. For this reason I don’t think there will be much from Gino ever other than the bare minimum he can get away with saying. I’m hoping the sp might get to 5 or 6p and then I think it goes private and then gets sold to a pharma for tens of millions but by that stage ordinary share holders will have been jettisoned. Just my expectation. But I’ve been wrong on GDR many times so who knows

Bernard has given you all another line in the sand to fall over yourselves for and that’s the resource upgrade after production…which is highly likely to be delayed again until later in Q1 rather than January.

Let’s see first if it can ever get back to .4p. Not great considering how much progress the company has made that its value is somehow being whittled away bit by bit. I wonder where this will be by January? .25p? Or still hovering at current levels? Whatever, the paid rampers will still be here telling everyone this is a fab opportunity . Each to their own.

Nope. My best two main stocks by far these last two years are RR and MSTR. I made a decent chunk on Arb and BAC when it was sold at a premium of 50% so I’m doing just fine. I don’t play with much on AIM stocks cos they’re just so unreliable and mostly run by CEOs who are full of hot air. Jury is still out on Bernard.

Can't decide if this is a good RNS or not. Are they doing this because they don't can ill afford the £21k out of their bank acc or just so confident that they've managed to persuade the invoice issuer to take the shares at a huge premium? If you don’t know who he is then, v briefly, he said in an interview - again something that can’t be challenged - that share holders in EUA could look forward to a ‘massive dividend’ when the sp was at about 40p. No dividend was ever forthcoming and the sp is now just above 2p. Hardly a ringing endorsement for reassurwnce
