The second paragraph should put everyone on red alert imv. Someone somewhere has voted against Resolution 1. Obviously not a single share holder but enough people who together amassed more than 50% of the votes cast at the AGM on this particular issue. Perhaps turn out from shares holders was low and so the resolution being voted against might appear worse than it is and not actually represent anything like 50% of the actual share holding body.

This is why I suspect it’s a concerted effort to destabilise the Directors. Lorna and co will have known about this before the AGM and hence piled R5 and R6 as they will have known they too would not get the thumbs up. It’s a real worry and not just down to decamping efforts.

1. To receive the Report & Accounts.

Note the wording. This is not a vote on “approving” the accounts and in reality if the vote is lost it would not change what the company board has approved and filed. However dissatisfaction with the Report & Accounts may be worth expressing by voting against it if you feel there is something seriously amiss.

Voting against the Report & Accounts tends to suggest that you disagree with the Auditors view of the accounts or dispute what the directors are presenting. It is probably very rare that you will find the need to vote against this resolution but the author of this article did at one company where the directors suggested a major debt was recoverable (and hence the company remained a going concern) when he thought otherwise—it was later struck off from the Companies House register when it ceased

One question that should be on the minds of every share holder here: why were the annual accounts voted against? Sure there are lots of ideas, suggestions and theories but that’s all they are. No one knows. Certainly not me but this is highly unusual for accounts that have been prepared and rubber stamped by auditors. It has to be a concern for everyone surely?!

Lorna needs to put minds at rest rather than stay silent or this will drop further. Items 5&6 being withdrawn was good news for existing share holders as the Directors can’t be trusted not To just do another massive dilutive placing almost the second the AGM had finished.

What are the possible reasons for the accounts being voted against?

Love it. I’m talking ‘dribble’ and you rampers are the only reasonable people posting. And yet here we are down over 10% since just a few days ago when the sp was just trying to keep its head above 1penny. Oh yeah, it’s clear who is way off here.

Lucan, you appear to be one of the few who have grasped there’s a fundamental problem at Board level looking at the AGM outcome. The ramping crew will dig their heels in and shout out loud that all is well, but is it? Is it really? I’m convinced Lorna has a major problem on her hands but can’t tell from where the trouble emanates. Her own Directors? Are they trying to oust her? Or an activist share holder who can throw their weight about to the extent they can force major points from the AGM agenda to be removed? Who is it?

Shame Lorna can’t now show her face when the share price is clearly on its way down. Down to where is anyone’s guess but if she stays silent over Christmas I can see this dropping all the way back to the .6s

Anyone know why the ML hasn’t been transferred yet? Or if the dispute with Hainan has been resolved yet? I’m assuming it hasn’t as the sp is still 20%+ below where it was before that recent car crash of an RnS from Hainan…

You’re here all day every day spouting nothing but praise and drivel. Sp will slump soon and no matter how often you post - which can’t be healthy to be so obsessed with just one stock (therefore assume you are either all-in and up to your neck in this or you’re just a paid ramper or crew member trying to manipulate the stock) and lure in hapless pis - nothing will change the fact Lars and Graham still haven’t got a sales contract signed and sealed that has meaningful figures worthy of an RNS.

Tobethebest- I think you need to add two letters to ML and FS and those are in big capitols IF. There is no guarantee the ML will be granted especially as it now looks as if HE1 has some major share holders who have turned activist. If TG see there is something untoward at HE1 that represents a risk they’ll hold the ML back. Of course the TG might themselves be playing silly buggers to deliberately find fault and give them an excuse to withhold the FS and ML. Not looking good now and really not sure what Lorna can say to reassure share holders . We’ve just had the RNS so there’s nothing new to impart to the market. What next for HE1??

No, I knew and understand that, that’s why I’m not surprised this is struggling and looks as if Lorna and Co are going to have a very bumpy ride these next few months especially now they can’t do any more placings. Who will lend them the vast amount they need? JV talk is carp too. HE1 are in no position to negotiate and certainly not with regard to offtaker. That talk is just rubbish arc this stage. Hopium palace this bb it seems. Good luck with it and enjoy that ML when/if it arrives. I’m wondering if the TG will now withhold the ML given HE1 can’t raise more funds for the foreseeable. There is a major player at work here with some underhand strategy, probably hand in hand with the TG and the end plan is to get HE1 squeezed at as cheaply as possible. Just my opinion.

Mmm thought we’d have had an RNS confirmation of the exact date they were being dumped….unusual not to seeing as the number of new shares was so huge.

I wonder how this ‘world leader’ is doing with its sales contracts &whether or not b they’ll be able to actually put a number on the next one that is noteworthy enough to be RNSd. I would like to see this back in the .3s but think Lars and team have obviously struggled to get any sizeable sales agreements signed and sealed thus far.

When do all the placing shares get dumped on the market? Gotta be any day now. That’s going to be a nasty RNS for rampers here. Think this is going to have its day in 2025 but a bit of pain to get through first. Expecting a major drop once those new shares are splattered here, there and everywhere

Looks to me as if a major share holder might know there’sa problem with the ML and has moved to block 5 & 6 to ensure they’re not absolutely rinsed yet again by Lorna and co with their trigger happy massive placings. Wheels do seem to be coming off atm. No xmas pressies for shares holders here - or at least not until 2025. Tube to batten down the hatches and see how much longer Lorna can last now.

Conspiracy or no, things did not go LornaMs way at this AGM. They wanted to issue another 2bn shares and withdrew the resolutions. The audited accounts have not been given a stamp of approval. Why? Trouble at mill me thinks….

Whatever is going on the market isn't particularly impressed it seems. Nearly half a million £ of shares sold today.

Seems Lorna and pals have run out of luck with their plans for endless dilution.

Resolution 1 was simply approving the accounts wasn't it? Why has that not been carried???? That's alarming if they have not been approved as they were audited. I wonder what can possibly be up with them and who is challenging them....

Delighted to see 5 and 6 withdrawn though. Quite right. Directors were basically asking share holders to approve them having permission to arbitrarily dilute them again and issue another third of the entire mcap. Seems like share holders have made their feelings clear on all the recent placings and the Directors must have known those items wouldn't be carried.

Will the recent short announced by Citrus be closed I wonder? Influx of buying Tks to Nasdaq 100 funds and shorts closing could make for an explosive few weeks here. Back to 500p in short order I hope, and that’s even without btc going on another tear towards $125k

This is AIM and Lorna has treated share holders terribly to date. Sentiment and positivity are the life blood for any AIM stock and today’s RNS will knock the sp more than it should . Nothing really has changed since yesterday other than the feeling Lorna is and can’t be in total control of any of the things HE1 needs right now to move up. ML - in the hands of the TG. Weather conditions on the US - no one has control of those.

So, how far will the mms take it down and when will Lorna kick the share holders again where it hurts? Placing rally is looking more likely at .5p now. Maybe even less.
