Remember a guy called Paul Johnson, CEO of POW telling share holders a particular drill was going to be ‘transformational’ for the company and the drilling company accepted payment in shares. Big mistake. Ended up being a duster and suspect the drilling company Had to write the debt off.

Don’t think this is any guarantee things are good. If Lorna and BODs were truly confident their results will be good then they’d pay their bills and avoid more dilution. There in lies a bit of a problem in that the Directors are not invested to any significant degree and therefore are not aligned with the interests of ordinary retail investors. No skin off Lorna’s nose if she dilutes again at a massive discount. It’s inevitable imo

That's what Lorna most likely has up her sleeve to 'reward' current share holders. Yet another raise at yet another huge discount is highly likely going on past form and god only knows how many more shares will be issued. Another billion?

Or will TG do what Mali Government did to KODAL and move the goalposts at the last minute and hit HE1 with massive tax bills and simply increase their stake in any profits going forwards? Could all happen.

laverda - 6108 posts. nearly entirely on kod. quite something. all enduringly positive too, irrespective on whatever **** ups bernard has made along the way… even through the recent dispute btwn hainan and kodal. what was it? ‘a minor blip’ definitely not to be trusted for anyone wondering why after so long the sp just keeps struggling and yet you read nearly 6k positive posts from lav then you should be questioning his motives. someone that can never see any negatives or always finds simple explanations to wave away any concerns has to be too one sided for a reason.

Did I predict complete failure? Er nope. Certainly not as stupidly confident as many here who read and believe every word of Lav’s posts suggesting all is rosy but I’m struggling to feel confident when the sp can’t even recover back to where it was before Hainan’s recent stunt. There were many predicting over a penny and a buy out by Hainan. That’s not exactly looking likely either is it now ? I am hoping this will have a brief recovery if that MLbis ever fully granted. For some reason they’ve agreed it but just don’t seem able to quite actually hand it over…

Nothing but calm and soothing overtones from you, reassuring everyone all is in good shape and that, even though there has been no solution to the dispute with Hainan and the sp still sits 25% lower than it was before the RNS debacle, everything looks fine and there’s just nothing to worry about. I wonder which KODAL employee you really are.

Very suspicious that even though the market does not share your confidence you persist daily with about 10 verbose posts most days.

Anyway, back in the real world KOD is still down and in the red and hoping to survive by posting a handful of pics on social media. Bernard must be sh.tting himself.

Er people were saying that several weeks ago…and still are. lol obviously a lot of very concerned holders here judging by the panic reaction to what was a fairly innocuous post. Don’t fret folks, even I think this will get back to the .4s one day…!

Anyone know when KMUK plan to pay the 2nd tranche of $7.5m to the MG so the Mining License can be transferred? They’ve agreed teens for it and there’s an MoU but no date set as to when it might happen, other than it will happen before March 31st 2025. Does that in fact mean it’s likely to be transferred then and not before? Can Kodal actually start production if this license is still with the MG? Would be frustrating ( to put it mildly) if they’re ready to hit the start button on production and then are held up because MG won’t transfer the License until the very last possible day!

Potential for a banana skin moment in all of this what with the two ‘trusted’ partners proving to be slightly less than completely trustworthy…. Are we going to see Hainan and MG shift the goalposts at the last minute in an attempt to squeeze Kodal into accepting poorer terms?

Just one of those things that wipes 25% off the mcap of a company in half an hour and after a month there is no recovery and no explanation or indeed any signs of concern from the CEO. Just one of those things.

Can anyone categorically confirm if Lorna did or didn’t state the ML application should take 3 months? Is it expected before Christmas or after?

Where will this come from? Lots more dilution, many more shares in issue, and an ever decreasing share price.

Will gladly remove myself but if this does drop to as low as .5p after another raise or two then in a year's time, if the company hasn't been taken private or bought out, it may well represent another opportunity but I would only even half think about getting back in if they announce the FDA process being commenced. The last presentation they stated they hoped FDA approval application could be started early 2025 and hopefully gain approval a year later so MT-RNR1 could be sold in the US early 2026. They were only a year out!

Time will tell James. this company cannot survive without significantly more funding. It is IMPOSSIBLE.

Where are the positives? They've achieved loads this year and the sp is ....oh at about 2.2p. But the future looks rosy in about 2 years time, possibly 15 months if everything goes smoothly and efficiently. It's cash position will not see it safely beyond another 6 months and it's in BLACK and WHITE in the RNS. Read the 'going concern' bit James. There is a significant risk to the company of running out of money and not being able to raise funds.

James, System, anyone, please tell me what is positive about that paragraph. This means you are seriously at risk of losing every penny of your investment here. If it does end up going into administration then it's game over for share holders. A pharma will buy the company for next to nothing and Gino and Russ may end up keeping their jobs and the workforce will be saved. Share holders will walk away with nothing. You have been warned and it's always been a highly likely outcome but this to me now spells it out very clearly.

The killer blow is MT-RNR1 not making it to the US shelves for sale for another 15 months and any national rollout in the UK proving much slower and harder than Gino and co anticipated.

Please, please tell me where the concrete positives are in this RNS. And I don't mean the fluff that they will regurgitate in the presentation to try and keep hold of your money.
