Market still pricing in a quick end to war, but we are now in TACO vs NACHO. Can’t see war ending quickly. UK and France moving carriers to region looks strategic, eg, if the SoH doesn’t reopen and the proverbial hits the fan, with SPR reducing, then they’ll be ready to go. DJT won’t back down as he’ll look weak and his ego can’t take that. Iran holds all the cards, more US bombing and oil fields will be targeted. DJT can’t release sanctioned Iran funds unilaterally but think if that’s what it takes int community will relent quite quickly. Complete 💩 show, but longer this goes on, the longer oil will stay above $100. I’m starting to look at what happens if the SoH stays closed and SPR keeps being drawn down. Oil should be heading back to $120 barrel in the next month or so imo.
