Aside from the SP and Market cap errors. I think this is a good report for any new investors thinking about buying in. I think it is important not to put everything down MHRA delays. Even if we had no delays. The MHRA would still have asked for a review of the non clinical data by the GLP. There must be a valid reason for that and we shouldn't just whitewash over it, pointing at the MHRA. If we get the CTN approved. I think the the potential and timescales noted here are good.

I thought yesterday's presentation was OK, nothing out of the ordinary but the RNS did a good job of explaining the delays. The most interesting bit for me was the no comment on cash burn. That answer is significant IMO and probably means some commercially sensitive news is on the way. I wouldn't like to speculate if good or bad, ha ha. I have to agree with KoolKat here. Forget about the MHRA delays for a moment and focus on why the MHRA requested a review of the data in the first place. What if anything have Sareum done differently with the Aussie CTN? This is a perfectly reasonable question for the shareholders to ask and for Sareum to push for the MHRA for an answer as it might alleviate some of the anxiety that the market appears to have around our lead compound. Other than that, I will wait for, hopefully, good news about the CTN.

It was the only negative answer. Which negs the question, what why. If we don't have anything inbound from 737i guess they will have to raise. Hopefully via a HNWi or two.

Kk, I'm a long term holder and I share your anxiety. The issue for me is Sareum havent told us why MHRA wanted the non clinical data to be reviewed possibly because they don't know why. How can they be sure that the Australian authorities won't ask for the same review? Sareum either know the reason and haven't told us or they don't know the reason and are just hoping for a different outcome this time. Both scenarios are worrying, IMO. Hopefully, we will get some answers tomorrow.

They diluted most years for the last 12. Excluding the HNWi investments but they were still dilutions for the average shareholders. Not only that but in my experience, you have always been able to buy lower than the advertised placing price. This isn't negative by the way. imo, The board have done a great job in getting the company this far, on very little investment, less than £20 million from placings for a potential value in the hundreds of not billions. But it has to be said the 28p party (£14 in new money) won't be as extravagant as it once was. 28p was a lot of money 5 or 6 years ago.

I'd already seen this. Did a bit research a few weeks ago and found the same details. Yes, his name is/was Andy Leach. None of his social media accounts have been active since late summer 22 so the timeline does add up. He did say he was seriously ill and needed multiple organ transplants. There were some big share sells at the back end of last year. The I did wonder at the time if they were his. He bought a big chunk of shares at 0.18p about the same time as I did. And was here before that, making a killing on the 10 out of 10 mice news. Even at todays SP, the price he paid, is still a decent profit.

yes, Ahfam. £2billion by the end of P2. its doesn't matter if the SP drops to 50p. As long as there is forward momentum, its all good. I think some here addicted to the pepitual hope that we have something big, so much so, that they will accept anything to keep it alive. We need to find a partner or two that will go all in. Start treating the compounds as assetts, they are assetts and they dont need defending. The science and data wont lie. If we are going to fail, fail quick and move on to the next one. If we do this, we will get to the end quicker and hopefully, we have at least one winner in our pipeline. Life really is too short to argue about something we have no control of.

You know that Sareum pays Edison for these reports, dont you? is it any less accurate than your link? Sar will have approved the content and wording. Its getting too weird in here, the cognative bias is spreading. Cant even have a drink as weve been told the father in law only has days left so i might have to jump in my car at any moment.

Although a positive decision to use Australia this isn't a dead cert approved CTA. So we wait again. The market is cold to this news because Sareum have been hinting at trials for 1801 since 2018. And it has, always been next year.

I'm pleased we have got an update but I can't be positive about how the board have handled the last 4 of 5 years.

I think 2 billion by the end of 1801 P2. Anything upto a billion before then. You say you hope they are doing science. They aren't doing anything on 737, 1801 should be done but I suspect they are rushing through a second pre clinical assessment for the GLP thing. If we get a CTA approval for 1801 then 1802 should be plain sailing, remember Parkers "not tripping over the same rock twice" quote? With focus and funding (from 1801), 1802 could be in P1 by the end of 2024. 2025/26 for the big valuations, IMO. What could go wrong? Litterally, everything. Sometimes, I wish we'd just get a low offer for the lot so I can move on :-) a billion would make up for all the lost hours sat reading this board.

It's good to know the size of potential deals but Seagen are forecasting 2.3 billion in revenue for 2023. 10 billion by 2030. Meanwhile Sareum havent got and approved CTA yet!

Nowhere near enough volume for this to be a thing. The SP is stagnant because there is a cloud of doubt hanging over us and the longer it goes on, the more nervous investors get. No amount of cheerleading and positive thinking is going to fix that and if we do get bad news, we'll all be wishing we listened to the naysayers.

However, I'm still here and still in profit because I believe we will, one day, if all goes OK, be valued at £2 billion.

Frankly, right now, I dont believe we know the truth and I suspect that is because, the SP would tank if we did. I do however, believe, that there is a way out of this mess and the Board are working on it. It's inconceivable that we don't get an update in March. Time will tell if it is a good one or not.

Remember being at 9p and there were posters saying it was going to 6p? They were correct. Then there were posters saying we were going from 6p to 3p. They were correct. Then they were saying 1p, they were correct. Ahfam insulted them all. I don't want to pick on Ahfam, I do like his enthusiasm but, it does make you think we are listening to the wrong people.

You haven't been able to trade SAR for a long time, Mafuta. I wish you could, the spread and volume make it almost impossible. This is what I mean about creating your own narrative. Full disclosure I am a LTH, holding 50k shares. and I have traded small blocks over the years. I invested based on the the board told me and I don't believe they are telling us everything.

P. S. Traders are allowed to chat here too.. If you realty believe in the company, that fact shouldn't matter to you.

I wouldnt say I'm frustrated, I have too been here a long time so I know how to wait patiently. Its just that something doesn't add up and on all my years of AIM investing. I've never known any company sit on good news. Talking about the science is good and a distraction but the science is worth nothing if we can't get it into clinic. I'm not sure why some of the LTH holing 10's of thousands of shares are still sticking up for the board by making up their own narrative. The similarities with VAL and other bios that have fleeced LTH is stark. IMO, all shareholders should be asking exactly what the board are doing other wise we will sleepwalk into a Friday afternoon RNS.

That's where we are right now. The only job for Tim and the board now is to get the compounds into clinics and trials. That's it. 2 years and the job should be done. We can all choose to sell or wait for results at that time.

I'm an investor, I'm not down on the science but I invest to see a return. If we keep giving money to Sareum with no return then that is philanthropy not investing.
