Lol sog, your a good poster here but you try to silence anyone that disagrees with your narrative. I only come the the board a couple of times a week because it isn't balanced. Someone said in the Telegram group the the only posters that have been consistently correct have been the so called ****wombles and its true.

The point of my post was that Fanti said forget the CTA. An approved CTA is key to any kind of progression. No deals, no trials, nothing without it. I'm holding and always have. Nothing more to add. I'll wait until further actual news.

I'm not being negative but this isn't all down to backlogs. The 'non approve' came back on time so they looked at and reviewed the application on time. There is more to this than we know and we cant pretend otherwise. The ones who are most confident are also the ones who think negative sentiment means the SP will drop.

Not sure I agree with that, Fanti. Without the CTA all we have is 27.5% of 737. IMO, the CTA is thing that will start the sp on an upwards trajectory. Without an approved CTA on 1801, there are no trials, no deals for 1801 and 1802. I can be patient but I can't pretend it isn't worrying either. I'm not being negative but this delay isn't all down to a MHRA backlog. We know they saw the application because they rejected it so the delay wasn't that big. IMO, if we haven't heard anything by March, they need to give us an update.

The SP went to 9.5p on the back of 3 subscriptions by HNWi. The first HNW investor would have tripled their investment if they had sold above 8.5p. All I'm getting at is if you had enough cash to buy 3%, you probably wouldn't buy on the open market in 5k blocks. You would need to do it 400 times to breach the 3% or 200 times if you already had a million shares. It's a moot point. It's doesn't matter and I'd rather someone didn't have that many voting rights, in case it goes to a vote. Someone is buying and that's good enough for me.

I was just pointing out that you'd need just over 2million shares to trigger a tr1. That's a lot of accumulating on the open market, even when starting with HNWI numbers.

Not arguing for or against the idea but if I had enough cash to buy 3% I'd be speaking to Parker about becoming a HNWI. From past experience, it's an instant winner.

You'd need approx 2 million shares to breach the 3% margin. That's a lot of 5k buys. Unless it is one of the HNWI, it'll be a while before we get a tr1.

I think it is acceptable to start wanting answers. It's been 4 months since we first applied for a CTA. That's enough time to run through the process from submit to approval twice.

The main clue for me was it was in Euros. That and sareum are nowhere near those type of annual sales.

There is probably a bit if truth in all the conjecture. My personal opinion is that GSK have seen the data as part of dye diligence. They've seen a narrowing of the indications and only had a limited amount of time time investigate before, officially having to hand it back. GSK would have had to do a deal with CPF for some sort of extension and there wasn't enough time to do this, So they didn't include 737 in the valuation of SO and never intended to take it further. If you remember at the time, 737 was barely mentioned in the news releases, it was all Momelotinib. I'm keen to know what comes next for 737 but I'm not holding my breath. SOGs £750 million sell off would be the unicorn deal right now. Get what we can, secure Sareums financial future and pay a special dividend to the shareholders. Anything else just means more waiting and mure risk. I really do hope this is an option that CPF and the board are pursuing.

For the royalties I always worked on the assumption that Sareum would get upto 3% of net sales as royalties, probably less. Still not bad if I was a billion per annum market.

With 737. All we can do is wait. Sareum are not in the driving seat.

That's a nice pragmatic post, Jon. I don't mind the jam tomorrow approach but then, I'm still showing a good profit. I too have seen losses of 80% here, back in the old days. In some respects that was easier to take because we had the argument that bio takes time but 3 years on that argument is wearing thin. The only way to get through this with your sanity intact is to abandon hope and go on what the company tells us. We're a month on from the AGM where they talked of options, we should here something in the next couple of weeks. If not the SP will start to slip again. Hopefully, the 737 news will drop in the meantime.
