A unicorn deal for me right now would be for ICR to sell 737, lock stock. We get our 27.5% percent of that. The company keep enough in the coffers to get all compounds through P2. Then give the rest to the shareholders as a special dividend. Offer comes in once efficacy is shown in 1b/2. 1802 will be valued purely on potential. 18 months to 3 years.

Historically, the 737 trial started in May 2016 and we got a license in September 2016. I suspect that was because the initial safety data was coming in. If history repeats itself, we could have a license by October this year. A chunky 737 upfront would negate that so we will have to wait and see. It would be very nice if the board could bring in an HNWI right now to settle any funding worries.

Ha ha, I love working from home! Only go into the office once a month. The customers I look after a spread geographically around the country as are my team. When I do go and meet customers face to face, generally, we meet for lunch somewhere. Best lifestyle change ever. If I was forced to go back to the office, I'd hand my notice in.

My valuation or guesstimate is based on getting to the end of phase 2 with 1801 successfully. Hopefully by that time 737 will have gone through some successful combo trials and be ready for phase 3. Easy over a billion valuation for 737 at that point. 27.5% of that valuation. We could be talking 2025/26 but I don't think it's too pie in the sky. I honestly think Tim and the board know the value and probably have a figure in mind for any type of TO but we aren't quite there yet. As RMM said, it a big if but if 1801 got to market. We have a 4 billion valuation and the sort of royalties that the LTH could live off for ever. The big pharmas don't want that. Not when they could pay half that at the end of phase 2.

I'd like to see more of the considered valuations. I agree with most of RMM post and personally think 2 billion is achievable by the end of 1801 P2. That is roughly made up of £800 million for 1801, £800 million for 1802 and £400 million for our share of 737, if it hasn't already sold by then. If 1801 get to the end of P2 then it highly likely that 1802 will do to and the big players will be eyeing this up and watching the trials closely. The size of licence deals will show us the potential. I'm thinking we could have a potential of over 2 billion in milestones alone when all three compounds are licenced. We just have that small hurdle of getting a CTN approval!

Cell division. Without it we wouldn't be here. Sometimes when the cell divides, there is a slight change in one of the cells, then that cell divides and so on. That's cancer in a nutshell. While ever our cells are are dividing we'll never beat it. Best case is drugs to treat the cancer when it occurs. Luckily for us, that's what SAR are trying to do.

Do you think it will, Aber? I think we will see some bed and ISA transactions but not much other volume until CTN news arrives. I know there isn't anything else they can say but 'Q2' is such a catch all statement that doesn't go anywhere near enough to giving the market some confidence. Not a critism as I think there is a lot of cash waiting to buy on good news.

I think, in this case a CTN approval is price sensitive for Sareum but IMO, there is no reason why the Australian authorities should need to release the news. Sareum will release an RNS when they get the notification.

Aye Salford, we were fortunate that as a family unit, everyone was able to pivot away from 'normal' life and chin in with care etc.. I work from home so was able to work from his home when I needed to. It was 15 month from diagnosis with only the last 4 being the truly hard bit. There were still some laughs though. Even in the last few days.

Well, yes. Father in law died nearly two weeks ago now so more time and energy to look in here. Not negative at all, just seen and heard it all before and its becoming tedious. And the, they want cheap shares statment is rubbish and lazy. Ahfam asked for an opinion and I gave mine. You guys are arguing about 1802 going straight to p1b when we haven't even got an approval for 1a yet, let alone started the trial. I'm happy to wait. Said it before, the most positive here are the ones who are most likely to try and stamp down and undermine posters who are being realistic. 2024, possibly 2025 for 1802 p1b. Doesn't mean we can't get a licence. That's my opinion.
