IMO, Tim or Parker needs to do an inverview with proactive to answer and explain why they have gone down this route. I've read the RNS a few times now, and other than being funded into 2024, it's all weighted towards Riverfort. We have give them shares and if the value falls, they can have some more to make up the short fall. IMO, this fundraise is a direct result of no progress being made with 737. The wording of the RNS says to me that they don't think we will get anything from 737 anytime soon. I already have red flags with 737 and I think, at some point in the near future, we will get an update that kicks the 737 can down the road a bit.

Yes, HBD, I get it. This buys us some time for development. The red flag for me is we have heard all this before and at this stage of development, Sareum should be past this sort of thing. These aren't the actions of a confident and cabable board. I still stand by my 2 billion by the end of phase 2 but boy, it's going to be a bumpy ride to get there with no guarantee that we will. On the plus side there may be some fun trading opportunities in the next few days.

I font know Celtic, the patients will be pasi scored before bring dosed but it didn't clear to me in the link HBD shared if they are pasi scored on completion of the trial. I think 1802 has to go through preclinical yet, and an indication needs to be confirmed. Which cancer do we target first. They will go for the low hanging fruit like they did with psoriasis and 1801. I honestly don't think that will matter though. If 1801 goes through p1 then so will 1802, so in theory, it could go straight into patients, which means it will be licenced and kind of out of our control.

Yes, HBD. Not sure we can RNS that though as we're not officially testing for it. They might put it in the data readout at the end of the trial but with no scientific process, I don't think they can. It's anecdotal at best. The patients on the trial must not have had a flare up in the 3 months prior too.

Thanks HBD, I'm thinking, I did know this after all. The outcome for testing and data are still only based on blood work, and other health tests though. Although, it could show a physical response as in reduced flareups way before phase 2 starts but as I said, I think we'll be licenced before then anyway.

I think it's immaterial for now. We will, most probably, unless we secure other funding, get a licence in between P1a and p1b with the first milestone paid out on the start of P2. That's how these things usually work. I'm not really bothered about 1801, other than it showing a strong immune response. As this will validate the a science on 1802 which IMO, is the one that will prompt a buyout.

Ha ha, sorry. We'll need to wait for Phase 2 trial data before we can actually say there is a response in psoriasis patients. Then we'll have to wait for phase 3 data to expand on that when compared to doing nothing and placebo. Hopefully, we'll be long gone by then. Obviously, I'm simplifying the process before anyone says, that's not how it works.

No one in phase1 (a or b) will have psoriasis to start with. The 1b trial will look for immune response markers, in healthy patients, that how I understand it.

I knew you'd reply to that. I didn't say they weren't involved but when reporting news, all we will ever get is "economical interest". Just like when the media report the revealing of a new IPhone. They don't say developed by Apple (with a bit of help from Samsung). This is also a fact.

Technically, all Sareum has is an economical interest in SRA737. Why would they mention SAR in any news release?

Yep, luton. I was going to say the same thing. There some big sells last summer and the summer before. He will have "looked after" his Aftican/Italian princess. These could be the tranche of shares left to family though. Probate takes a while and as others said. You have no control of when the sale happens.

He'd be laughing about this though. He's given the believers a chance to buy the shares cheaply, maybe for the last time before it all kicks off.

I dont suppose the Thoth (if it is his estate) would be happy about selling in between news but is it what it is. Just wondering if when writing a will that you can nominate someone to protect the shares, maybe do a reverse bed and ISA do not to lose too much value?

Yep, they already told us that funds are needed for 1b do it shouldn't be a suprise to anyone who actually reads the RNS's. They also have some clear timescales. So, yes, 1b and the need to secure funding is fast approaching but so is the end of 1a and a forward looking, end of P1a RNS should see the SP rise, and if we are getting a placing, that's where islt will be announced. There are, Of course, there are 3 or 4 options for funding. A placing, a HNWi, 737 on licence and an on licence for 1801. A placing and HNWi probably means no imminent on licence for 737 or 1801.the size of a placing will also tell a story. If it is enough to see through 1b then it will be a long wait for deal news IMO. Not bad news but maybe not what people here want to hear.

carter. i'm not positive or negative. i'm firmly on the fence. ask yourself this. would you invest in a company where the shareprice could be manipulated by a muppet from the north with just £2k of capital? really? i'd sell up tomorrow if i thought that. same with all the cliches, "the mm's want your shares" , "peel hunt mates rates". its all ******. and no one ever says it when the price is going up. i mean, the mm's still want your shares in a bull market too. someone is offloading a big chunk of shares. might be thoths estate, might not. there is only one way the share price is going until they are all sold. then the sp will bounce back. personally, i don't think sar will raise, at least not until p1a is done, then they might decide to raise on the back of the p1a completed rns. "buy on rumour, sell on news". a phrase as old as the market itself.
