Ahfam, 1802 will go straight into 1b because at that point toxicity will have been proven in 1801 1a. They are essentially the same compound. Tom has always said this and IMO this is why psoriasis was chosen as the indication. Not life threatening, easy access to patients etc. Iron out all the issues on the 1801 trials and as Parker said, "don't trip over the same rock twice". 1802 is the big ticket here. 1801 is the trailblazing warm up.

I personally don't think there will be any tox issues as the first gen of Tyk2 is well tolerated albiet with some warnings. In vitro studies on our next gen compounds hasn't raised any red flags either. My point was around the buying and selling. There isn't much advantage in buying in with big sums right now, better to wait until first patients are dosed and then take a risked based view. Trial halting reactions will happen in days, if not hours of being dosed and will need to be rns'd ASAP. So IMO, if no RNS comes then there will be a buying opportunity in the first few weeks of the trial but before any data leaks.

No, I don't have concerns about toxicity but this is the the point where it is proved. It isn't unheard of for p1 trials to be halted because of an adverse reaction to the drug. It is Sareums biggest test to date. Pass this one and it should plain sailing into phase 2.

If you are an LTH it's easy to hold not for traders though. First dosing is exciting but also the first real test we have ever had. This is the point where it could go terribly wrong. Unlikely, but the risk is there. If it is going to go wrong, It will happen quickly and if not I think we will see some buying in the weeks following first dose. This is why I hope they RNS the first dose. IMO, A licence will come in Aug or Sept once there is some data to share.

We never found out which Chinese pharma, licenced Aurora just that they were a specialist pharmaceutical company. Assuming that specialty is cancer then they might have discussed the potential of 1802 as well. It wouldn't suprise me if we get a licence from the same company once 1801 safety is assured. Prove the safety in Aus to avoid scrutiny until the ink is dry on the deal.

It's not a big stretch to see why trialling in Aus would be a nice stepping stone into the Chinese market.

I don't read most of the long rambling posts unless they are valuation type posts showing working out etc. I skim through to see if of value to me then read or dont. Nothing against any posters here. I've been investing in AIM a long time, too long and I've seen and heard it all before and it doesn't matter if the chat board has an expert (they all do), the market will do what the market does. How many investors here are in profit because they are cautious opposed to how many are underwater because they believed the month of the rerate posts. You seem to have taken a dislike to me which is fine but please don't spend the time purely for my benefit as i'm not looking at the answers. I gave my opinion on the report. Edison will only have what's in the public domain so they have produced a report based on what we all already know and IMO, it aligns with my own expectations. As for me trading, yes, I do. Usually no more than 10% of my pot. In this case, I'll tell you a little story. Every year, around this time of year. I have a little bet with my other half that I can get our summer holiday spending money from a trade. I have only failed twice in 15 or so years. This year I chose SAR and purchased 3000 shares a few weeks back at just less than a pound. I was hoping to sell for £2 on the CTN news, which didn't happen but I'm confident that I will still win this year's bet.

Take out the couple of mistakes with the sp and MC, which isn't great, I will admit but it seems to have been rectified now. the report is a fair assessment of where we are right now. Forward looking, accurate timescales and they hihglighted risk and cash burn accurately too. They aren't paid to be a cheerleader, that would be against the rules anyway.

A unicorn deal for me right now would be for ICR to sell 737, lock stock. We get our 27.5% percent of that. The company keep enough in the coffers to get all compounds through P2. Then give the rest to the shareholders as a special dividend. Offer comes in once efficacy is shown in 1b/2. 1802 will be valued purely on potential. 18 months to 3 years.

Historically, the 737 trial started in May 2016 and we got a license in September 2016. I suspect that was because the initial safety data was coming in. If history repeats itself, we could have a license by October this year. A chunky 737 upfront would negate that so we will have to wait and see. It would be very nice if the board could bring in an HNWI right now to settle any funding worries.
