Say we go to France and it is a six week wait from applying. What they are really saying is they don't expect approval from MHRA before a n other can approve! Not saying they should have contingencies, I'm saying they shouldn't have put it in the RNS. Personally, I'm not existing CTA approvsl until Feb or March with that statement. Someine can ask them in 8 minutes or so.

This RNS is all they can put out. I wouldn't expect any answers at the AGM either. Doesn't mean the ones who attend can't give them a hard time though. Don't ask about science or regulations etc. Ask the personal stuff. Ask how they feel about the big losses some have made, ask how they plan to turn this around.

The looking at other countries thing is a mistake, there was no need to put that in. The market will see that as a signal that we might never get CTA approval. Clueless.

end of p1b is the perfect time to licence. Safety proven, positive immune response proven (hopefully). Should get 10s of milliond upfront and upto a billion in milestones if results are good. Add 1802 into mix, this should sail through CTA and P1. We'll then be ripe for a takeover IMO.

My opinion of this is simple. Parkers tweet signals that the worse case scenario is a delay, how significant of a delay, who knows? I have no plans to sell until £10 anyway and then only in batches. Yesterdays tweet also highlights the size of deal we could get at the end of P2b and don't forget we have 2 x TYK2 compounds so double bubble. Not even putting 737 into the mix yet. If it goes to 50p, it goes to 50p. At some point, it will start to go in the other direction. Place your bets and get on with Christmas and the holidays.

Utar. £70? 2 billion is more like £30. I have always maintained we'll be at 2 billion if we can get 1801 to the end of P2.

This deal is the reason I believe SAR will be worth 2 billion when 1801 is P2 with 1802 in P1 and 737 in combo trials. When/if we do get moving again. 2 years from that point. The reason the LTH hold and have done for over a decade is deals like this one. They show us the potential.

There is two scenarios here. 1 is, they haven't heard from MHRA yet. Or 2, SAR failed to update the shareholders again, even though they said they would. As time goes on. The first scenario is getting more likely.

I'm not suggesting a full on mutiny but a shot across the bow. SAR's private investors far outvote any institutional or HNW investors if we work together. We should get behind the board but they need to realise that this has been handled badly. Starting with a badly written and ambiguous RNS. I have backed them all the way for 10 years. It's time they showed some respect for that loyalty.

I don't think they can. The AGM is a regulatory requirement that has to be held. It is a recap of the financial year and a chance to vote through any resolutions. The statement will include what Sareum do, what is in the pipeline etc but they can't put something we don't already know about. Happy to be corrected on this but if they want to discuss any new developments with the CTA. It needs a separate RNS. Contrary to what i said in an earlier post this week. I think we should get organized, pick one resolution, and all vote against it. Something that doesn't harm the company but if we can vote it down, it wil show strength in numbers. The bpard wil be reading this board so they wil know it is coming.

They can't release news in the AGM statement, they can only reiterate what we already know. I thought we might get news this week but unless it is the old bury bad news on a Friday trick, It is looking unlikely now. If no news by the 16th then the AGM will be pointless, we will not get any updates. I find this whole saga baffling. Usually, you can read between the lines and use your trading experience to work out what is likely to happen. Not this time for me at least. The only certainty is that any news due, IS price sensitive and it could go either way. SOG has done a good job in showing why we may have to supply more info\data but as time ticks on, and the AGM gets nearer, the probability of getting nothing before the AGM increases. This would be bad for the SP. I'm thinking the no MTD "good problem to have" statement by Tim might have come back to bite him, yet again. It is the only thing that is out of the ordinary as far as my bio knowledge goes. I don't think it is game over but I do think that the worst-case scenario is doing pre-clinical again. Which means longer delays. What could send the SP the other way? News that the CTA is approved, that due diligence has been done with a prospective partner that there is an offer or license deal. All of the above could conceivably already have been in motion before the CTA knockback and will probably be dependent on CTA approval. This scenario would definitely warrant radio silence until the contracts are inked.

My old average was 0.074p and x that by 50p for the consolidation price. I'm still nicely in profit. The potential loss of £250k profit stings a bit but you live and learn. If we do manage to go into phase 1 early next year. Then there is a good chance of £5 to £10 in the next 18 months. 80p will look like a massive bargain if that happens.
