Both your calculation and Shaun’s make perfect sense and that’s not to ramp up the share but a genuine précis of fair value.
Fact is that we have not seen a growth story like this for years, in last 25 years I can only think of what Arm Holdings did for silicon chips or more recently what ASOS did for online retail going from 5 pence a share to £5k a share!
Question is what revenues they can secure after 2022 and what other revenues come in over the next year and what the market ultimately thinks is a PE ratio to settle at. The nearest company I can think of in Diagnostics is Roche which has a PE ratio of x22.
Novacyt is currently on a PE ratio of x1 clearly that can’t be right, thing is with a unique growth stock like this how long does it take for the market to correct this?
Time will tell I guess, one things for sure im holding this long term and locking the stock away. I missed out on being an early holder as I’m in a £9 but if it does become the next ASOS I want to be here when it does!!

They currently have contracts being filled worth more than their current market cap. The share price should reflect that, currently it doesn’t in my opinion hence why I’m continuing to add.

Not to mention even if you have had the vaccine, if you then show symptoms they would still need to test you!

There are two vaccines in the mix. One from the US by Astra Zeneca and the other is the Oxford one. The US one has manufactured 10 million shots ready to go but is unlikely to get approval until the end of the year, that’s if it’s proven safe?
So even with immediate deployment you are looking at end of Q1 next year and then you have to consider the take up rate, how effective it is, do you need to keep getting vaccinated, how long does it last.
Frankly testing will be here for some time

Thing is not everyone will want to take up the vaccine so we will still need to be doing endless testing until the virus is under control. Meanwhile on one of the morning breakfast shows they were saying the vaccine was only good for 4 months???

If they can maintain being so far ahead of the curve they really will be a titan business of the future. This really is an investment to retain long term.

From what I have read the note is out but not official yet??? It’s all over t witter anyhow so expect something issued maybe next week?

Apparently the company appointed Numis recently to act for them and they have today issued a buy note saying fair price £13.65 and blue sky north of £30
