In detection limit news, in a buffer, affimers get to 5 which compared to 500 means affimers are 100 times better. We just need Waffly Al to sellotape some of them to an LFD.

Wrong test... anyway, I’ve found the detail on Awacta’s Elisa test, it was in the last presentation. Suggested a lower level of detection of 40pg/ml, so it looks like affimers are indeed superior.

Not really fussed about the old sales pitches. If you download their paper it provides recent data on Covid which is more relevant at the moment. Suggests detection at 500pg/ml. Waffly Al (new name) said affimers detected a few thousand, which isn’t as good to a simpleton like me, hence the request to monkshood for a more intelligent view. Bear in mind ‘a few’ for Waffly Al means a lot more than 3.
