And that horrible sounding experience is why there are so many poor swabs. I know I’d prefer to spit in a tube over shoving a stick half way in to my skull. It’ll be really interesting to hear the results of this study as it’s not just about the type of sample but the full user experience. It wouldn’t be a surprise for saliva to come out as the winner.
Keep that sick bucket handy gazala... One last mention from me. I’m loving it, my trade in boohoo, which has more to run, has made up for my mistimed entry in GDR where there’s news due soon. Check that out, double cross ramp, get in!
Looking to bring some of that cash in here ahead of news next week - there we are, this post is back on topic.
Lockdown has resulted in the online percentage of sales leaping by almost a decade of growth. There have been surveys and people are reluctant to return to shops, especially with the limitations. We don’t know how much of that rise will stick, but it’s clear that a lot of consumers won’t return to the high street again. Apologies for being some facts to your discussion.
I’ve seen boohoo’s share price, on its way back up :-D
There was a lovely FT article saying they’ve found no evidence of any wrongdoing. Add in an II upping their stake and there we are, storm in a tea cup over. Sorry dewampers, you’ll need to desperately search for any lame angle.
CCL? Yeah, i think so. I’m amazed that the Dow is managing to go sideways at the moment, I reckon there’s more main market pain on the way and CCL has been at the sharp end. Cases in the US continue to grow...
I got in at £9 and out at £12 on the first rise, they have a fair whack of debt but managed to raise enough to see them to recovery. I’m hoping the beauty of being in here is that it’s part of the solution so it gives a chance to steal a march. As you’ve said, they’ve a long way to get back to previous highs.
Interesting, a cheeky Awacta test as you board and then water detection for each cabin, I can see how it would work. Might dip back in to CCL at some point, I got some of the initial recovery, there’s a long way to go and they need something to give confidence
I was doing a bit of research in to SKIN last night, similar idea, but a bit less sh.tty as it’s based on testing waste water rather than sewage
They’ve partnered with the aptamer group to develop a warning system for Covid. They reckon they’ll be in mass production by the year end. Seemed a bit fantastical to me, plus Awacta will have Covid testing sewn up by then... Nice idea though, the aptamers do the binding and they use AI to spot the virus
