MB, you are right, I don't know much about air travel but I've made a lot of money out of EZJ so it obviously doesn't matter. I do know a fair bit about investing and finance and that is what really matters.
I used to be a director myself and believe me the interests of the shareholders are not high on the agenda. How can you trust a CEO unless you know them personally? I've worked with a few and although I got on well with most of them, when the going got tough most of them would sell their own grandmother to look after themselves. I'm afraid you can't really trust anybody in business, that's why we need so many rules and regulations.
JONRICH, I have invested for many years and learned many lessons. The main ones are :-
Do not invest in 1 share, have at least 10 in different markets. Do not average down. Do not hold on to a share hoping it will recover. Do not believe anything a CEO / Chairman says. Do not take any advice about a share on a board like this. Do not invest in AIM unless you know something others don't.

HELLYEAH, I am not over-confident, on average I lose money on 40% of my investments and I am well down on EZJ. The price is based on what buyers are prepared to pay so calling it "bonkers" is an insult to all those invested. The price is still only 50% of where it was a few months ago which is probably a fair reflection of the relatively short lived impact of CV. There my be more pain ahead but nobody knows. I have remained fully invested during the crisis and like you I have just about recovered my losses.

Calling the share price "bonkers" probably means you don't understand how the stock market works. I'd made lots of money from so called "bonkers" companies.
NOTNOW, I really don't care what you believe. If you think I make up stories just to convince you then you are more delusional than you first appear. I think you need to get out for a bit of fresh air rather than spend all day on this BB.
NOTNOW, the fact I have a different opinion to you does not make me an idiot. At a food factory near me 3 people have died of CV. Having worked in this industry most of my life I can assure you that the risks are much higher than in a primary school. My wife is a primary school teacher and she is more than happy to go back to school. She suggested delaying for a few weeks and working through the summer holidays but the majority voted against it because they wanted more pay !
NOTNOW, schools not opening mostly due to labour councils playing politics. Teachers seem to think they are a special species, you want to visit a food factory where workers are stood side by side on a production line and compare that to the alleged risks that teachers face. If they didn't get paid 100% they'd soon be back.
