Question are these comments by Tim and Art back in June the most misleading and worst comments they have made this year? If you think yes click on the recommend below.
RNS: RELEASE 27 JUNE 2022
Commenting on the announcement, Tim McCarthy, Chief Executive Officer, said: "This final step by Avion is a pivotal moment for the Company and for the progress of Lupuzor™ towards becoming a groundbreaking new treatment for Lupus patients. Lupuzor's™ unique mechanism of action and robust safety profile will, we believe, position Lupuzor™ as a first line therapy to many Lupus sufferers globally."
Art Deas, Chief Executive Officer of Avion further commented: "Having met all the FDA's requirements, we are delighted to be seeking the FDA's final guidance on moving Lupuzor™ forward into the new international Phase 3 trial. We anticipate Lupuzor™ becoming the leading product in our portfolio and that it will be instrumental in bringing an innovative treatment to Lupus patients, which is not currently available on the market today."
Has everyone gone into hibernation like Immupharma and Avion? Are we going to have to wait until April or May?
Tim McC and Avion please give us some Christmas cheer and share your plan for the Lupuzor trial. Or tell us you've written to the FDA and when they have promised a response. At the moment it is clear that Avion oversold their relationship with the FDA, that is now so so clear. My Xmas wish would be for Tim McC to leave and for Immupharma to appoint a completer, finisher who delivers on deadlines and promises.
1. We need to know what has taken place up until now? Have Avion written to the FDA?
2. What is the new timeline and list of actions by both Avion and Imm? Currently silence can be taken as nothing is happening.
3. When will Tim McC admit his failings and resign?
4. Has Avions relationship with the FDA evaporated as since December 2019 we have gone backwards almost to the point of collapse.
If someone from Immupharma follows this board please tell us next week.
Tim you need to start phase 3 ASAP which in your past experience means second half of 2023, we know Avion are writing again to the FDA for clarification and more guidance but if you want to be taken seriously then pull your finger out. Your reputation will be in tatters if Immupharma fail and goes bust under your leadership. Tell us the plans and dates even if it is confirming that you've written to the FDA and their response will be in 90 or 45 days whatever they have promised. Tim you seem to regularly forget shareholders have put hard earned money and faith in you and Lupuzor so you need to show that you actually care. Sorry for the frustrated rant but just needed to get my frustration out so I can try and enjoy my retirement.
This rns is so bad its one of the nails in Immupharma's coffin, they are so slow at doing anything to partner with Avion in Europe would take them ages to do. This drug will not get to market in the next 3 years so there will be more placings and further dilution the share price will end up around a penny. I'm so annoyed with myself for getting involved with them and all the other opportunities that I've missed by having money tied up here. I was warned about Tim McC's track record but chose not to listen.
Dallo you say below "If Avion is getting cold feet maybe another larger Pharma may take up the baton if it sees enough positives in the FDA's suggestions and recommendations...who knows ".
If think we only sold the US rights and no one has come forward for the rest of the world so the chances of someone else taking up the baton is slim. In respect of Tim Mc stating IMM have been poor at communicating with shareholders well your track record is not improving and you are still very poor and does not care mind that he and Imm are dreadful. Has anyone worked out how much money they have left for wages etc?
This month 8s the 3 year anniversary of 28th November 2019 Licence Agreement for Lupuzor with Avion in US, and between the two of them they have diluted the shares and taken the SP down to its low levels we have today. Most shareholders are tied in because selling would mean massive loses for them it feels more like a prison sentence without parole.
Come on Tim Mc C you keep promising things and not delivering and you should now show us that you care for all shareholders not just your mates.
It will be 6 weeks on Wednesday that Avion and Imm had the written response and 8weeks since they had the verbal response so they should have a plan by now. What do others feel?
I hope so mohd I’ve tied too much up in this share and lost a similar amount where others shares have gone on to do better, it’s been a valuable learning for me. Fingers crossed Avion have a plan because we all know Imm don’t have one.
I think the problem is that the FDA are suggesting increasing the dosage of the drug, this will mean that Avion will need to increase the size of the testing group because some will be on the original dosage and some on the increased. There may also be concerns around cost of each increased dosage and whether it will be affordable and sustainable over a long-term.
I definitely think this is Avion dragging their heels.
Come on Tim McC earn your salary get an agreed plan out of Avion for stage 3 start date, with the £ so low against the $ I do wonder if it is Avion delaying things.
In Tim's final comment he says "The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank its shareholders for their continued patience and support, as well as its staff, corporate and scientific advisers and our partners including, CNRS and Avion". The key word is "patience" we all know Tim over promises and where he says soon it means he does not really have date in mind. Does anyone know why the Incartha money owed has gone down?
Just over a year ago (30th July) Tim became CEO and the share price was just over 8p and he promised this "With my appointment as CEO, leading ImmuPharma through this next significant period, I am determined, working with the excellent team around me, in building shareholder value by progressing the development and commercialisation of all the key assets in our portfolio." And the SP has been diluted and sank quicker than the Titanic it is time for Tim McC to step down his communication skills have always been poor and he always over promises and under delivers.
End
Come on Tim give us an update from an IMM stance of what has been requested from the FDA our share price is a disaster and you are not looking after us!
Tim is only worried about himself he has never proved that he cares about shareholders, we should have had an update by now it must be bad news.
Thanks Ontarget, catching up on chats been busy will check the link out
Hi can anyone give me an update on Juvenescence as we are coming up to the 2 year announcement anniversary, are they about to market our product? Will we see royalties start to come through?
Nolupus, Tim has never worried about his credibility and has never been trustworthy if IMM had someone different has a Chairman and CEO the SP would be double what is now possibly a little higher. I for one would be invested more.
As I’ve said many times we need to get our money back from Tim’s other business Incartha
