Tim Mc when will we see this promised return on our Incartha investment no update for such a long time now. No need for a placement.
Does anyone have any update?
Tim needs 5o get our money back from Incartha
If the SP rises like it did in 2018 on the last P3 then we should >15p by close today and another jump tomorrow to >20p
Fingers crossed there are larger buyers who listen to Avion and take the plunge.
At this week's AGM shareholders need to demand a full detailed timeline for the P3 trial,
1. When will the selection process start?
2. When will the drug start to be administered and for how long?
3. Are there any review and update points
4. At what date do they plan to stop and pass the results on to the FDA?
5. When do they aim to get full FDA approval if successful?
With both Imm and Avions experience todate my estimate is mid to late 2025
Agreed terrible RNS but typically Tim McC has no future timelines of when we can expect FDA decision. Very annoyed yet again I will not learn.
Tim McC can you please do what you promised in your RNS dated the 12th August 2021, I know its nearly a year ago but you to keep promises rather thank not keeping them. We want to trust you but you are not giving us a lot of coms or confidence in the way you are running IMM. We could also do with seeing a return on the money invested in Incartha as promised by you last year and the year before that it sound too familiar. Come on Tim wake up.
The number of shares have increased significantly since then but 50p to £1 is very reasonable expectation.
Thorndon I do hope so but in Sept 2016 we were at the same place just starting Lupuzor stage III and look where we have come much much more dilution and a share price that is down from around 40p to now 6p. I started investing in early 2018 and have had to keep investing to bring down my average but I'm still showing a loss so a party would be great but I've been let down too many times by Imm and Tim McC but I should feel good that he's taken a good salary for doing very little but I don't. I'm just hoping history does not repeat itself because last time there was no updates we knew what happened the sp crashed. Imm need to go on a communication course they could advise on whether the PK Study has finished and if the results have been forwarded on to the FDA they don't even have to tell us whether they are pleased with them or not.
PK Study update required, timeline so far FDA agreed to PK Study December 2020 and confirmed in writing August 2021 and Tim and Imm started trial Feb 2022 and then promised results by end of Q1 2022. Can you please keep to your promises I know we should be used to you always breaking them and being so so slow it's like watching a sloth in the zoo.
Update please even if it is an apology for being late yet again and a new estimated date for the PK Study results.
Does anyone know when Poland will be completed?
Easyp I'm disappointed by this rns we were given the go ahead in Feb 2021 and it has taken a year to get it started, how long will it take for phase 3 to start and finish and then go to market, on what Imm and Tim has achieved so far my estimate would be Feb 2026.
Come on Avion pull your finger out push Imm a bit more
Michael2021 it tells us that investors don't trust Tim McC and the lack of delivering anything e.g. PK Study, Avion may be to blame who knows but IMM will never tell us unless there is a change at the top new CEO and Chairman. I did not expect it to go below 5p but I'm worried now as I've invested a large amount of my pension savings. It is going to be a gloomy Xmas when if the PK Study had started in Sept like it was promised we would now be talking about phase 3 starting . Has anyone got anything positive to help lift the gloom
Tim open your eyes please the last two RNS should have sparked some upward movement in the SP but investors are worried how big a line you are wanting to draw under the past, we need a full update on financials, when will incanthera be able to pay back our investment and what is the plan to fund the business to the end of 2023 as we can all see there is not enough money in the company. Let's see more of the promised better comms and honesty.
Nolupus how can you ask shareholders to give Tim and his team time to deliver, what have we been waiting for since April 2018 ? Some profit back on our investment and he has delivered nothing apart from losing us money by diluting the shares, a failed phase 3 trial, going in with a partner who is either very slow at what they do or have signed up to bag of s**t and that is why Imm have had to relook at P140 and lupuzor because they had a flawed product, have they now improved it and got something worth while we will not know until Q2 or 3 of 2023 at the earliest. And with past experience that will likely go out to Q4 or Q1 of 2024. So we all now have a long term investment at a high risk of failure. To average down to under 10p I would need to buy 200k of shares at todays price I can afford to take that extra risk so I'm tied in for the next 2-3 years and I worry it will go below 6p before the PK Study starts
The RNS on the 7th Sept 2020 Tim said there was enough funding to take them through to the end of 2023, now we know that his track record is poor and in his latest proactive video message he admits to making many mistakes but wants to draw a line under them and wipe the slate clean. However he's not invested hard earned money on vague and false details previously released by him eg 12 Aug 2021 RNS about PK Study. Investors will need to see some results and some honest timelines from Imm before they start investing again, the worry is that someone does come in an offer 10p a share buy out, not sure what price the larger investors have averaged down to? Rant over off my chest now quick question though do people think we drop below 6p?
I think there are a couple of reasons why the SP has not taken off with this RNS
1. Investors are nervous of Imm and their past reputation of delivering very little of what they promise
2. There are a lot of shareholders who don't want to risk any more of their money even though they would probably would be averaging down their cost.
3. There is a big chance of a placing which dilute the shares even more.
4. New investors would need to be long term investors ie more that 2 years to see any major return like 5 or 10 times.
CauldStream7 good points and you are right trusting and believing in Avion is far more easier than Tim
CauldStream7 I think it is with Tim as he does not care about shareholders who have invested hard earned money. The worry is that the PK Study is not going well and Avion are getting cold feet.
“Day of Miracles.” This auspicious day isn't happening again until Mar. 5, 2022,
Let's hope we get the November bounce this year that we have seen in the past it would be nice for all shareholders to see the SP heading back towards a level that would give good returns.
