Are people expecting a jump towards Tim's required 8p this week or is that expected after the 8th of April when the fund raise gets approved?

Wigwammer I'm still a long time shareholder with a high average due to investing in the past following Tim's lies so I believe I have the right to express my thoughts now.

86KB we are nowhere near a deal because mainly the Avion situation has not been resolved, think about it Tim and the board have done nothing to push Avion to do a Phase 3 trial in the last 4 years and now Avion want a bigger slice of any deal or don't want to invest the larger amounts that a big pharma will need to invest.

Spantrout you are correct about the £5m I forgot that it was another of Tim's broken promises back in May 2022 to chase Avion to start phase 3 trials so we could then get FDA approval. It just shows Avion have had us over a barrel for the last 6 years with the oromise to fund phase 3 up to £25m. I think a divorce is best thing for us.

·; Avion and ImmuPharma will co-develop Lupuzor™ to allow registration for marketing in the US, Europe and elsewhere

·; ImmuPharma retains all the rights to commercialise Lupuzor™, outside of the US, either through distribution partnerships or directly by ImmuPharma.

·; A new optimised international Phase III trial in lupus patients (which is expected to include patients in the US, Europe and elsewhere), is targeted to commence in 2020, following agreement of the trial design between Avion, ImmuPharma and the US Food & Drug Administration ("FDA").

·; Avion will fund the full expected costs of the new Phase III trial up to $25 million.

·; ImmuPharma will receive milestone payments of up to $70 million. A $5 million milestone payment will be paid on regulatory approval of Lupuzor™ in lupus, and $65 million will be based on achievement of overall sales targets.

·; ImmuPharma will also receive $5 million for each additional approval, other than lupus, as Avion also has the rights, for the US, to explore further opportunities within Lupuzor™'s peptide platform for other auto-immune indications outside of lupus.

·; Avion has the right to use relevant trademarks for the development, manufacture and commercialisation of products.

As you can see if there 50 in total other autoimmune indications then Avion would have to pay us £250m plus milestone payments and royalties that is just for the US when you look at this agreement this is what is causing all of the delay because Avion will not want to sell their rights for peanuts even though they have only paid out £5m so far and bought a load of shares at 11p. The more you think about it Tim has tied us into a marriage with Avion that now requires a divorce settlement before we can move on to a big pharma. I think Tim knows this is not going to happen soon at all. Think about it discussions since before September this is very messy.

What will Tim McCarthy’s next move be to get the share price above 8p, it’s obvious discussions are no where near any deal and he needs to get people investing again.

Let us all not forget Tim has told us this dilution is not a dilution but an increase in shareholder value. They will be worth more after Tim has done his spin and false promises. Discussions are probably stalking but he will say they all just trying to work out how big an offer to make us when really they are just the opposite how little can they offer.

There you go Tim McCarthy shareholders don’t trust you anymore now you have to deliver before AGM or resign as Chairman and CEO let your gravy train go, but we know you won’t as you like a limpet.

Lordskoadsoflolly, I don’t it’s ‘0’ but I cannot see why he could not share the actual number, if say for example it was 8NDA’s signed that might explain why discussions are taking so long. In Tim’s mind a number could be 1 or more but unless he tells us we will all keep thinking he’s trying to be clever and secretive on something he could share with us. I think they have all gone away to mull it over and there is no one trying to bite Tim’s hand off with a big deal. Apologies my 'many' should have said a'number'

I've just read through the Q&A and they have not answered all questions that were submitted and some answers were so vague when the answer should have been simple like number 10 how many NDA's were signed? Just a number would have been clear, honest and shown the board to fully appreciate shareholders. Their response was 'many' I think that is poor and pathetic. So what do others think 'many' could be 4 or 5, 9 or 12 or 15 to 20. My guess is with Tim's history of over hype the number is 3.

I am not that impressed by Dr G in the investor meeting he’s not been coached very well his update on P140 from other pharmas and the patent people did not really tell us much.

Rookie you have to doubt the science because if it was so groundbreaking why have Avion not started phase 3they have the rights and the £25m?

This is my final question if the Wrap retail offer is not taken up will it show shareholders (other than Lanstead or Avion) a lack of confidence in the Chairman/CEO to lead Immupharma?

All I have another suggestion of a question for Tim on Friday, now we all know that we have to keep to the subjects that Tim wants to talk about so he does not have to answer what's important to us.

My question - What will you do differently to deliver Kapiglucagon to your promised timescales when what you did for Lupuzor, P140 clearly did not work or deliver to promised timescales. For example Avion undertaking phase 3 in H2 2022 which would have helped a deal.

Here is my suggestion of a joint question supplied by many of us so Tim cannot ignore it.

Question - Does Tim McCarthy think that the majority of shareholders have lost faith in him as Chairman and CEO for his very expensive under delivery.
