4May 2022 another blatant lie Tim Mc Commenting on the announcement, Tim McCarthy, Chief Executive Officer, said:

"We are delighted to be announcing positive progress towards the commencement of the new optimised international Phase 3 trial of Lupuzor™ in lupus patients. Following the positive readout from the PK study, we have been working closely with the team at Avion to move Lupuzor™ as quickly as possible to the start of the Phase 3 trial."

This was 18 May 2023 From Tim Commenting on the announcement, Tim McCarthy, CEO of ImmuPharma, said:

" We are delighted to have received this positive support and guidance from the FDA on our pre-IND application for CIDP. As we now move forward to a full IND application this program remains on track to commence its Phase 2/3 adaptive clinical trial in H2 2023. Furthermore, as our P140 technology platform provides the basis for both our Lupus and CIDP programs, we look forward to also commencing the Lupus Phase 2/3 clinical trial in H2 2023 ".

Yet again a broken promise by Tim who takes PI’s for a ride of stress and lost investment.

I’m still convinced that Avion control Immupharma not the board and the discussions are taking longer because they want the partnering deal. Think about the ages of the board they all want to retire with their stash of cash.

Wigwam we as ive said before the FDA gave the green light for phase 3 in May 2022 and CIDP in June 2022 why have Avion not started, we are not being told the whole story.

So MrSoul why is our share price dropping then, I wonder weather there is better science out there or are we just not trusted enough due to past under delivery.

Has anyone contacted Lisa this week and is willing to share her update on how or if discussions are still happening?

Be warned you cannot bring up Tim’s track record because to most on this board it only goes back 3-6 months possibly 9 max. What he’s promised and failed to deliver is just his Walter Mitty hopes that one day he will succeed and get something right and then retire, but unfortunately we are not there yet. The discussions must be getting really boring by now but again no updates just as before.

Has anyone been in touch with Lisa about an update? I don’t want to contact her during this difficult time for her trying to keep investors happy and updated.

Professor1 the £25m promised in 2019 would in todays money ve around £31.5m and I do believe Avion have been kept up to date on all advances made by Immupharma with P140. That is why I think Avion have always been the stumbling block. Yes I agree they kept us afloat and probably helped with all of the FDA meetings over the last 4/5 years but Immupharma or the Alexsnowdenn/Laura2022 crowd have never answered the question why since May2022 when the FDA gave us the green light has nothing happened? There are many Lupus suffers and more autoimmune suffers this is a massive financial market. Plus if big pharmas have been in discussions for over 1 year now and only waiting for the data room to open.

Hamila01 it's coming up to the 4 year anniversary of that RNS why have they not started the phase 3 yet so that tells me either they don't believe it will succeed or they want someone else to pay for it. If they really wanted to help sufferers of Lupus they would have started phase 3 following the FDA advice. If they had we would already be in a much bigger discussions before this year and probably all much richer. But we are where we are no deal, lots of discussions between Immupharma, Avion and others who are probably also getting frustrated with Immupharma and Avion. No one from Immupharma has ever explained why nothing happened after May/June 2022.

Wigwammer good points and I have taken profits which have helped over the years but I’m now fed up with Tim and the board taking long term share holders for granted and ride. I know that when this sp eventually goes up I will cash some in and lose out but I just don’t trust Tim look what he’s done at Incanthera he will never tell us the whole story.

Laura2022 do you some of us to help you answer the question i posed to you earlier "can you please confirm to me your understanding why it went to 19p and then down to where we are now". I would like to know if you have a full understanding or full blinkered view. Also instated earlier that Avion are leading the discussions because they have been dictating what Immupharma have done since 2019. And they have never had any intension to pay £25m for a Phase 3 trial.

Come on Laura2022 you know you can tell us why it went down or has the memory of it vanished like our share price and the new diluted shares

Freetimetrader mines a loss bought in the wrong times following previous bad promises like in 2018, 2021,2022 and 2025 (Aug) I was tempted to sell in Sept/Oct but decided to hold yet again.

This board is so one sided it will fall over, Tim has more blinkered followers now than ever before, when will you all learn he’s not in control it’s Avion pulling the strings and Tim won’t and can’t do anything but follow them. If they want a deal they will move discussions on but they want more.

Ogm4 and laura2022 can you stop saying it was a successful fundraising this can only be said after 20 months and if the have raised £6m + the WRAP was unsuccessful and currently the sp if it stays the same we will only get £180k per month. It would be nice if the BoD took a salary cut to make up the deficit. But that won’t happen, let’s hope the discussions are still going on.

Nolupus/pebsi this might scupper or delay a paper because a big pharma would not want to have this problem/issue. Refinement of Idea: If your research is still evolving, early publication of a paper might disclose improvements or variations that were not in your original patent filing. These new details would then become "prior art" and could prevent you from filing follow-up patents for those specific improvements.

Biffbaffboff, it would be a waste of time contacting him, Lisa is better but all she can say is that they are continuing and unless the Nomad says they can say details they won’t. I guess we will have to wait for the AGM. It would be good know how much time is being spent in the discussion/discussions. We may just be waiting for Avion or a pharma to pull together an offer/ proposal. We are being kept in the dark and fed small morsels of detail that cannot be confirmed.
