Still no RNS telling us that they have submitted their IND application along with Orphan drug application. I would have thought they would had a draft ready and waiting as they felt so confident about the FDA meeting. Why is everything so slow with them or are there further changes required by the FDA that require a lot more work from Imm to able to submit the application? Come on Tim Mc tells what you are doing for your large salary.

Pokerchips, Tim'S been promising Sol partner for the last 2 years another broken promise or objective. He always talks the talk he reminds me of Arther Dalley.
The BOD need to pull their fingers out and get the Share price back up they have lost so much value down mainly to their poor running of the business. Please prove me wrong and pull a rabbit out of the hat.
Mick I would be ecstatic to get 100 frr shares to one BP share but at the moment I would be very happy to swap 1,000 frr shares for one BP.
All I would not get too excited just yet as we know from past experience the type C meeting will take place 16th May it will then take the FDA at least 2 months to respond and then it will take several weeks for Imm and Avion to review and tell us what was said. Then there will be another review required to send to the FDA an amended request which may need another type C meeting. What would be nice to told by Imm and Avion is when will the Lupuzor P2/P3 start in H2. You would hope that they are getting a list of patients for the start of the trial. Am I expecting too much? If they said the preparation time will take 3/4 months as we have to get the right people on the trial then at least we have the facts. I did hope to also what progress had been made by Avion using Imm as a Europe outlet. At this moment in time Imm are still my Hmm until we are well into H2.
Now the government have relaxed what you can pay into pensions in the last budget it will give people like Tim the green light to not retire and to take more out of businesses. It would be good to know if he is still on a reduced salary it should stay in place until the end of P2/P3trials which means he’s then actually delivered something other than stress and a massively reduced share price.
We should all hibernate like the Tim's and Avion we are only just getting to the end of Q1 and know that things will not start until H2. I would like to think that Imm and Avion are ready to start 1st July but we all know that it is going to be Q4.
The share price is sinking faster than Imm and Avion action by the end Q2 £0.75. We need an RNS detailing the agreed start dates.
I've been saying this for years about Tim McC if he can stretch things out he does. We are no further forward than in 2018/19 but Tim will say its not his fault plus he will say he is on a reduced wage now but what about all the years he robbed us Shareholders.
There is no prediction this week as both Tim's are resting due to a busy time in Q2 planning for the AGM and Avion have to write to FDA we still dont know if this has been or when it will be done. But I have a quick question about the Lupuzor update is H2 better than saying Q3 in the update or do we think it will be Q4 is the more likely start date due to Avion having to write again to the FDA and await response etc. I think even if the FDA said yes go ahead they would take their time.
Draye they said it will start in H2 not Q2 so it’s a long wait as that is what Tim does well.
MaverickD we won’t break 3.2 until Imm announce P2 has started or they give us the date. As we all know if they don’t tell us the detail they keep the SP from going down further. This share is a long long term investment.
Tim will have a very inactive week and be stress free due to his inactivity, the SP will drop initially possibly as low as 2.1 but it will rally on Thursday to 2.5 but back to 2.35 or lower on Friday. This time last year we had the excitement of the volunteers starting the increased dosing ready for P3 to start quickly after Q1, well P2 will not start until October/November and then P1 will be discussed with the FDA at the same time. Tim's slumber is only until later May when he needs to get ready for the AGM.
Come on Tim the market is telling you that your RNS's do not have enough detail in them, no wonder the SP has only moved downwards. Please please tell us more don't just tell your favoured shareholders we are all important and deserve to be treated properly. I personally believe you don't care enough please prove me wrong and tell us detail as it is now.
BlueOcean50 this has always been my biggest issue Tim has one speed dead slow he needs to go and bring in someone who knows how to deliver in the pharma area.
Nolupus, I agree written clarification is a minimum we should expect. Why should one shareholder (Avion) be privy to more information than the rest of us shareholders. My assumption is that FDA consult will take 45 - 90 days again have they written or still discussing? They have already said costs are lower for this type of trial but who is funding it? I never thought that Avion were going to put $25m into it this was cheap talk from Art and Tim both are coming across as penny pinching apart from Tim salary which was always far too high and never incentive based on deliverables. H2 start is vague I would like to see within 3-4 weeks of FDA response. On Tim's past promises H2 means Late November/ December.
My IMM predictions never come right so I predict that we will not be told the plan until after Feb 23, they are still probably discussing the first part of the plan where should they discuss the plan in France, UK or US.
I know I should joke about a joke but TTP taking the p is what IMM are so good at.
Come on Tim's I know you are both on reduced salaries due to your poor delivery and execution but it does not mean you work at half pace pull your fingers out!
Rant over frustration released have a great day fellow shareholders hoodwinked by Tim McC.
Maverick I don’t believe Tim and Co know how to deliver they are good at getting the begging bowl out and over promising and delivering stress and failure. I do hope they can deliver I did hope that Avion would push them but they appear to be as bad as Tim.
Come on Tim and Avion you must have a plan by now or is your heads in the sand nice and cosy for you all. I know you have reduced your massive salaries but you still need to do your jobs.
We have been taken by the Tim's and Avion for the last 2 years and robbed of our hard earned money, Tim's have taken nearly £300k each in 2020 & 2021 for robbing us deceitfully and now we are still unaware are we in a P2 or P3 trial.
This is worst Christmas present ever so the Tim's and Avion have achieved on thing this year.
I truly hope all LTH shareholders who are sitting on big loses survive and those who have invested pensions get a big big break in 2023. I loath them all for making me feel this way. We trusted them.
