The whole Incanthera " investment" was a fiasco for IMM shareholders ( full stop )

Anyone saying anything different ( for whatever reason ) is either dumb or ignorant ( not you of course )

Are you talking about the rationale that INC was supposed to take on the Nucant cancer pipeline from IMM ?

Another item which came to nothing, of course ..

INC took the money but never took up the Nucant pipeline ( which nobody seems to remember )

I Said their Initial " investment" was £2 million .... ( Fact)

Saying that they made a loss of circa £1 million ( give or take a £100k ) was again factualy correct

We saw what happened to Incanthera when the IP was challenged 🔥

This Rns was written in such a way that one cannot assume that IMM have commercial rights whatsoever regarding the work in Cancer...

I think you are assuming quite a lot when you write that ...

Because they didn't need to go through IMM to do any of their work which would have been the case if IMM held the rights to P140 outside of auto immune indications , imo

The original p140 patent belongs jointly to the CNRS and Dr Robert Zimmer if my memory is correct ...

Todays RNS would suggests that IMM have only the rights to P140 in auto-immune diseases but what is going on between Zimmer / CNRS and IMM remains to be clarified imo

You can think/ suspect whatever you like ...

Facts and figures are there to prove my figures but your spade is too small to dig deep enough , imo

1) I never said that IMM lost £2 million

2) You can suspect all you want , but the figures are there to show what the loss was , if you take the time to do proper research

You are correct in stating that Tim Mc Carthy was only the Chairman of Incanthera...

He was also only Chairman of IMM when the company decided to initially " invest " £ 2 million into INC

The buck stops where ??
