To further explain my hypothesis ...

Whilst the new P140 may have the same chemical structure and has been tested at a certain dosage , the new P140 has a very different dosage level ..

( As we all know, Paracetamol for example is very safe at a certain level but is toxic at 10 times that level )

The FDA do not demand a certain level of investment in $ but one has to meet their criteria for market approval ( which means to me that the New dosage levels will have to be proved to be safe )

I also disagree that taking the Type M positive patients only will speed up the clinical trials timeline because that implies that all the potential lupus trial participants will have to be screened and many potential participants be excluded from participating therefore the patient recrutement timeframe will be extended ( costs of screening and recrutement will also have to be multipled )

The costs of doing the P2 adapted P3 trials will imo be far greater than the " Upto " $ 25 million , which is on the table ...

It's going to take a Large Pharma to invest the capital needed to do the necessary trials to gain FDA approval imo

But everyone to their own convictions as per usual

My hypothesis is quite different to others on this board for numerous reasons and of course i will get a lot of flack but whatever 🧐

I believe that IMM are seeking a GLOBAL partnership to take on the full world rights to the " New P140 " programme.

I believe that Avion are out of the picture but how that happens IS still not disclosed ...

My main reason for believing this is because i think that the New P140 will need much more investment to get regulatory approval than what is currently on the table .

Why ?

Because the New P140 is substancially different to the old P140 and will therefore need to do further clinical trials to meet FDA requirements and protocoles.

That is why i believe that the company is seeking a major partner to invest tens if not 100's of millions into clinical trials.

This point of view is my own and before people throw stones at me ( personal commentary ) it may just be worth thinking about before lashing out the abuse

Don't worry, you will surely have some indications of what is going on before the end of april at the latest because of the AGM in June ... The Chairman had a hard time with the votes last year , if you remember...

What's the point of saying that the trajectory of the SP is going under 6p tomorrow ??

If you are being objective, you should have noticed that the SP is holding up fairly well despite the markets being particulary volatile at the moment .

1) i.don't believe that i have ever implied that your investment was " screwed " , as only time will tell if that is a reality or not ...

2) i think we are all agreed that despite the fact that there is real potential, there are also real risks .

3) Hopefully, those that have done their own research and keep an open mind are able to see the truth as lots of false information is circulating such as

- Many warrants have been exercised 🧐

- II have bought over 80 % of IMM stock 🤔

Etc etc ....

Let's keep things factual and not personal is my main objective 😉

Btw , why do you think that the company wished to have that 5th special resolution voted in at last June, A.G.M.?

If one has no intention of doing any further placings , why go to the bother of trying to get the shareholders to vote in those autorisations ?

That resolution was the only one voted down at that AGM, ,btw

Did you take into account the warrants in your calculations ?

Don't forget that because of the 2p placing all the outstanding warrants had their exercice price dropped to 2p also ...

As for your Theory that " Nolupus " stands for in your imagination, well that is so full of excrement that it's not worth saying more , except that i have over the years replied that Nolupus stands for NO MORE LUPUS ... That is my dream , (since on a personal note my mother was diagnosed with Lupus ) and that is also why i keep myself informed on what goes on in the lupus field .

P.s. My mother now deceased wish you all the Luck you deserve

I will also answer you as civily as possible as your last post was simply just conjecture and very false . ( I expected more from you )

1) You have never interacted with me on any other board , as i don't post on advfn or any other board

2) You may think it's fair and popular to " call out " Nolupus but you don't know me whatsoever and if you consider it's recommandable to insult people like that , well that is a sore reflexion on yourself rather than anything else 🥵

3) I don't give as much credit as you do to Prof. Müller as you do ( even though she is a highly regarded scientist ) she lost a lot some of my respect after issuing that Cnrs press release after the last P3 trial results claiming they were a success ( The Cnrs had to withdraw that press release after many scientists/ doctors protested )

The IMM team of two young scientifics are doing a great job of continuing the work of Gilles Guichard etc , no problem there
