I am going to reply to you and to your masters as civily as possible 🤔

You have been on this board since nov 2025 , and since your arrival , all you have posted are basically very personal insults on all those that are not in agreement with the " strong buy " crowd.

Whilst that may be very popular, it shows off ( to me anyway ) that your main task is to " gag " anyone who may wish to question the veracity of the " new IMM " .

Whilst the " story in the brochure " looks very promising , there are lots of unknowns at this time , ( which to my mind anyway ) are incompatible with Any " strong buy " recommandations . A " strong buy " recommandation to me means that a large number of the risks attached to ones investment have been dealt with .

No matter the rhetoric and the smoke sceens, the risks are very real ( as well as the potential ) so i will continue to comment and post as i see fit , even if it goes against the grain, is unpopular or annoys you and your collegues . If the story is so good , it doesn't need to be sold , it just needs to be told ( the good , the Bad and the ugly ) and then everyone Can make up their own Minds based on reality and not just one sided billions.

Until the moment that IMM , sign a " New global partnership with a major , willing to spend tens ( or hundreds) of millions on clinical trials , then this is " strong risk " imo and not " strong buy "

As we live in a democracy , where freedom of speech is guaranteed , why should anyone be silenced or belittled or insulted because they don't agree with the view point that you hold ? If you don't like my posts, feel free not to read them, feel free to ignore them , or whatever. No skin off my back

As you have only been a member here for a couple of months , I cannot understand how you can possibly have the view that my comments have been wrong when in fact they have been very close to the mark ( self congratulations as nobody will be confirming that ) .

Please refrain from personal commentary even if the nolupus bashing seems to be very popular these days ....

As for your comment that IMM have filed an application for a new patent ( true ) one should however wait for the patent " granted " status before taking it " for granted " as some applications are actually " refused " .( Believe it or not )

My views don't pertain to the SP but whatever..

Btw my views , have been shared since early 2018 when the SP was at circa 140 P ...the SP since then went to less than a penny even though there have been spikes in between..

Over the duration , i have shared my view points and will continue to do so even without the battering ..

I have no problem with that , none whatsoever...

As I always say , everyone to their own trades and convictions...

As a biotech investor over a few decades , I have seen and read and listened to many " experts " so i think i understand a lot about timescales, probabilities , risk rewards etc ...

I have also learned to read the professionals analysis/ funding round brochures etc with the " usual " ** , this is not investment advice " , but also to look behind the smoke sceens 😉

Now , could you possibly do the opposite and give us the" other side of the coin" rhetoric ?

I would like to read the risk assesment case as well as the public " all is rosy " in the garden 😎

One can use all your " strong buy " commentary as you wish , but one cannot obscure the fact that any " investments " in any biotech is Extremely Risky , where one can loose Upto 100 % of ones capital ...

The rewards in case of success can be substantial of course , but to say that any Biotech is a " strong buy " is a heresy .

As for my own politics, skin color, religion, skin in or out whatever , they are personal and no matter what I will continue to give my views as ever , even if they don't agree with you or your masters

One can always find reasons for everything but whatever, my opinion is always follow the money 😀

Since 2019 , I have yet to see what Avion have invested in IMM outside of the 1.1 million they invested ( during a fundraise ) in shares ...They weren't " restricted " then so why would you think they would have been restricted afterwards ??

One point that juxtaposition missed is the timescale between patient 1 dosing and last patient recrutement just for starters 🤨

Have to agree with Wigwammer there because Even if a trial was started in June 2026 , one should not expect any full readout until approx 3 years , imo

As for the begging bowl, Tim said he would not be doing any further fund raises as he expects up front payements to pay the overheads ...

One should also expect the 2p warrants to be exercised to keep the lights on in the interim.

First of all, thanks for your " factual " view point 👍 but it's a pity you have to use personal abuse in your reply .

Asking certain questions and having a contrarian view point over many years has certainly annoyed many " strong buy " people like yourself 😏 but whatever , I think they have been rightly justified over that period of time. But few will agree with that 😉

I would really like IMM to clarify the situation on two distinct questions

1) is the licence agreement with Avion still active ?

2 ) Have the FDA requested a new clinical pathway for the modified P140 platform going forward ??

In my opinion, these two questions need to be answered as Tim has evaded speaking about them in all his " recent " interviews.

Give the lady a break, she can only do the best she can and within the terms of her contract with IMM . She has other clients outside of IMM to look after as well , so she can't do miracles either ...

I have no problem in congratulating people that have got financial gains from IMM ( they are however a minority of shareholders as most have lost their shirts over the years )

Yet again, your view point is that brillant posters are those that hold the same opinions as yourself 😏

My posts irritate you as they hopefully instill a certain degree of caution and don't take for granted what the strong buy crowd want us to believe...

These boards are for debating the merits and the grey areas and giving people the chance to voice alternative opinions to the main stream, so it actually takes more courage to " go against the flow " of up up up or down down down .
