Someone tomorrow will have to ask Tim how his foot is after he shot himself in it today. The heat is obviously getting to him and perhaps because of his memory lapses and no discussions taking place recently he did not add it in to this comms.

MrR it was interesting that Apogee took out a $1.3 billion loan for phase 2 and 3 clinical trials a month before the AbbVie deal of $10.9 billion buyout. Avions $25m for a clinical phase 3 in the US looks a little light.

Does anyone know how long the discussions were between AbbVie and Apogee in respect of their deal?

One of my questions is - The timeline for securing a commercial partner for P140 was officially extended into 2026 to prioritise long term value over speed. Given we are now midway through 2026, can the board provide a concrete update on these active confidentiality agreements, and what specific commercial terms are currently standing in the way of a finalised deal?

Draft Immupharma entered a pivotal phase in 2022 and 2023 and 2024 when the FDA gave us all the guidance we needed to start clinical trials and we did not and the why not had never been answered by Tim or the board.

People should be getting annoyed and worried that Tim and Lisa keep using discussions in their conversations with shareholders without P140 we should now be having offers or negotiations on a deal or deals. And contrary to what they say they could update us without too much detail like Nuformix and Theracryf have done in the last 2 months. I just think from past experience they hide bad news as long as possible and i wonder if the pharmas have either lost trust because clinical trials have been avoided or Avion are totally slowing things down for a bigger slice of the reward.

From my review neither are showing anything Simbec on the other hand are but it was after the 2022 announcement that just disappeared like our investment

This will not go up to 5p+ until there is new news or an update on discussions. Tim must be thinking another month with a low payment from Lanstead and our dilution is worse than we predicted. I do wonder if he really cares about people’s long term investments.

Morri940 there is more chance England winning the World Cup than Avion agreeing a deal. Sorry I shouldn’t say that I mean Imm doing a deal we must remember who is in charge.

To me it feels like the updated website is gearing itself up to push Kapiglucagon to the top of their development list of activities not a lot on there about ongoing discussions or clinical trials or Simbec.

Why would anyone have my question removed? All I asked was for an update and if anyone knew anything. We also know that it is fact that Avion and Imm just don’t want to start any clinical trials because the FDA have given the green light more than 18 months ago.

Incanthera shareholders like the news, I wonder would Imm go up by as much if Tim retired?

Gourd Tim promised 2025 to get the shareprice up it was at the time of the Lanstead deal over 7 months and he needed to maximise the cash flow into the company. The next part is do we belive there are many parties interested and is Avion the stumbling block. I personally believe the boards hands are tied by Avion and until they get the deal they want it will not move. It might force Tim Mc into retirement and he would miss out on his biggest and slowest ever delivery. Come on Avion don't be greedy do a deal. If I'm wrong please Immupharma board give us an RNS update stating you are in total control of discussions/negotiations.

Bootnk here is something novel that Tim should do make Avion start Phase 3 trials. Tim likes anything novel.

This was Tim's RNS 6 Feb 2023 as you see we really should be through phase 3 by now and reaping the rewards. This just highlights Avion are in control and Tim and the board are along for the very long ride and have to wait for Avion to get the right deal for them not us shareholders. Commenting on the announcement, Tim McCarthy, CEO of ImmuPharma, said:

"We have had extremely productive discussions with Avion over the last few weeks on the Lupuzor™ programme and we have agreed that the optimum way forward for Lupuzor™ is to undertake an adaptive Phase 2/3 trial. Our key focus will be to commence the trial during H2 2023."

I would have like the update to say we are talking to one key partner and working towards a Heads of Terms now that would be progress to say discussions with a number of potential partners does not feel like a deal within the next month of two.
