Does anyone know when we can expect an update on the trial? We are nearing 7 months since the appointment of Simbec the comms are getting slower when were promised better and more frequent comms. I have said in the past Tim McC hibernates from Jan to Oct only coming out for the AGM. It just feels like this year can be written off and we won’t get an update until just before Christmas again.

I should have also said that the US dosing started in Feb 2016 and the European in June 2016 so on these old deadlines it's going to be a long time before going for FDA approval. I know Tim McC has stated this time it will be quicker but it's over 6 months and they have not even shared the timeline of activities probably because they know there are other pharma's out there with Lupus treatments who can did it quicker and will beat them to market.

Last time Imm announced Simbec was Jan 2015 and they did not give their first update until 10 months later and that one only told us how many patients were going to take part in the trial etc so people expecting any update soon should wait until after Sept announcement that Imm have taken up their Incanthera warrants.

Moneymule Tim McC is very good at under delivering some might say he’s not lucky but I think it’s just him making just another poor decision because it’s not his money.

I think this RNS is really poor no real update on the trial, and the sale of Incanthera shares is now £1.4m the other day it was £1.5m if they cannot get these details correct what do we trust. They should be giving a better update on the trial because Sumbec were approved in Dec that’s almost 7 months ago.

Nolupus agreed we all know Tim never does Shareholders any favours, I wish I could say he looks after us and Imm but he only looks after himself.

Why did Tim not say all this back in December, or Jan at the latest the share price would probably not moved much. His communication timing is so poor hè always gives updates and interviews on the back foot. Everything Tim does is dead slow and reactive rather than proactive, how long have heard from him about the RoW rights. Tim we wish you cared about all shareholders not just your mates, I do wonder if Tim's silence was so his friends could buy shares on the cheap as the value dropped from £1.61 on rthe 20th Dec to 90p yesterday.

Oldbutnowisa I think you are wrong about blaming Immu because they knew back in Q1 that a CRO would be needed and they could start doing their due diligence to cone upwith a short list, they were advised by the FDA in mid May so they could have moved quicker and I cannot work out why they were so slow. But we all know their track record of being slow, late and stretching the truth. We have to be patient and wait many months possibly years for this to complete.

Thanks Nolupus for your reply, what is so annoying is Tim McC not telling us everything because he knows that there will be at least 2/3 more placings before we finish and possibly afourth before the FDA decision thus diluting even more, I don't have the funds to buy more and reduce my cost per share and I'm not sure I would want to risk any more. I do wonder how many friends he's stitched up on the last 5years.

Pokerchips, all of the CRO's in the tender process would have been given a full brief of the FDA requirements and asked to either put their proposals on how to run it and their cost for running it. There are lots more detail they could have shared but probably held back because they knew Lanstead were selling and they did not want the shareprice to fall further. Its just Tim and his mates playing with our money yet again.

Nolupus, I agree so do you think all patients in place P3 starting late H2 or early Q3?

Sorry this is a crap RNS I fully understand the delays in announcing CRO if they have had to go through so many variables. But now they have done it the details have been agreed and they could have shared more. Start date of patient enrollment and estimated completion date of enrollment, key milestone review dates on progress of the CRO.

Number of patients to take part and the range of the cycles that patients will have the treatments eg 3 months, 6 months etc or are they all continuous? There is a lot more detail agree with the CRO that could and should have been shared at this point. Tim McC we are entitled and really deserve this for our suffering of having large losses in Share value and high dilution and poor comms.

Flash another placing at these levels will just further dilute and reduce any potential profit for us long standing shareholders Imm only care about the here and now not people who invested back at the start, luckily some of us did take out some profit to cover our intial investments but are still down due to broken promises and poor management over the last 3/4 years.

If you read the RNS that Incanthera has put out Tim McC has a lot to say and it is obvious where his attention has been. He does thank the unwavering support of their shareholders who have been treated just like us within Imm. Perhaps now he could earn some of his salary Imm pay him, it would be nice for once. All he's delivered in 5 years is the deal either Avion.

As my predictions are currently failing miserably my new prediction is that we will receive an RNS before the end of the month stating there is a delay I starting P2/3 due to unforeseen circumstances and that it will start in H1 2024. There is good news in that Tim McC will giving himself and the ɓoard an increase in salary due to their hard work this year and due to the potential of Lupuzor. Whilst the board is disappointed with the delay they still believe we can complete in 2025 and go to market I 2026 is.

Agreed Imm and Tim have all their eggs in one basket and at the mercy of Avion, Tim and the board have failed to get any other parties interested partnering and have failed in delivering regular communications in H2.

We will get an RNS before the end of the month but my worry and prediction is that it will say P2/3 is delayed until H1 2024 due to issues outside of their control. Which probably means they dud not do their jobs quick enough and run out of time. Tim will be disappointed but not responsible and keep drawing his large salary, let's not forget he does not work full time for Imm so the salary is even bigger for a non deliverer.

Hi all SH let’s have a guess when we will get an RNS in December? For those that don’t know Imm have put out RNS’s right up until the 31st December. My guess is Friday 15th only because that’s the day I’m going to see a pantomime of Beauty and the Beast which seems a lot like Imm Beauty being Lupuzor and the Beast being Imm/Tim McC. Just a little fun before Christmas to help wind down another year of SP loses.

Thanks CauldStream7, luckily for me the NHS and my Oncology team have worked really fast from the start until now I cannot praise them enough. I just wish Imm were as good. I agree health is more important than money but I don't like being taken for a ride, I just wish Tim McC actually did care about shareholders and patients waiting for an alternative treatment for Lupus. Does anyone know what happened to Sol the sun cream lotion which was going to take the market by storm?
