George wake up and realise you must start delivering shareholder value you have decimated the share price and we all know that there is another placing coming. You must deliver now not in 1 or 2 years. We all know that you were hoping GreenRoc would hold it’s original share price but that was a disaster as well but will come good in about 2-3 years time it was always going to be slow if the EV cars did not take off quickly. Start aiming above ‘useless’ and being more worth your large salary.

Shareholders know that there should be a progress update on the phase 3 trial. Some people are blinkered but most are extremely disappointed that Tim has not given an update on it. All the back and forth to the FDA and then we get guidance and then take a while to appoint Simbec and then nothing, why do the board and Tim think they can keep silent on it. I'm disappointed Lisa Baderoon has let this poor RNS to go out, I just hope only the select few of investors are getting updates on what's going on.

Ilovesushi what Avion trial and money we have not had àny update or movement for 18 months, check the Simbec site nothing. I think the Avion deal is either being renegotiated or they are also waiting on the big pharma to buy their interest in Lupuzor.

So now move forward to today and still no update on phase 3, why are you treating shareholders so poorly change a habit of a lifetime and give us an update. Also you have stated 2025 will be a year of delivery but you have not detailed what you intend or even hope to deliver this year. So do the right thing and update us.

If Tim Mc were to confirm the trial has been delayed or postponed then the SP would sink so fast everyone would lose. We all have to just accept that Imm only tell us a small part of what is going on. As a deal maker Tim and the Board have already proved how bad they are at making and getting good deals over the line. We have just have to wait for the push to come from a big pharma who are probably still checking and double and triple checking the evidence supplied by Imm Biotech.

With Huw in charge the investor meeting should have been held on April 1st April Fools day, we are fools for investing and losing so much over the last 5 years and Huw and his band of merry fools. They cannot sort out Stalica and they just seem to be draining everyone.

While checking Simbec's website i found this blog dated 25/02/2025 I wondered whether there might be some movement on the phase 3 trials starting soon. I still think that Avion won't stump up the money to start it. No mention on their website of Lupus.

Is it not the case that Avion have the rights to the earlier patented Lupuzor (P140) and as Tim said on Sunday Roast interview yesterday that the new P140 has to be patented. If this is the case the new P140 would be open for anyone to bid on it.

All long term shareholder know that the reorganisation in 2021 was 2 years overdue and if Tim had not done it he would have been seen as totally incompetent. The board are led by Tim and we now have to hope this will focus big pharma’s to start dealing with us. I also believe the trial has been postponed but not cancelled, my reason for believing this is Avion don’t want to give the big pharmaceutical companies any help in deciding as they are probably wanting more but the price is too high for them.

Tim needs to tell us why phase 3 has not started, why have we not had an update and 14 months on nothing from Simbec or Avion. How does Tim get away with such non delivery especially after the FDA gave IMM su h great feedback. TIM IS HOLDING US BACK. He needs to go and bring in CEO and Chairman that the Pharmas trust.

You still need to ask yourself why has the phase 3 trial not started yet, why are Simbec dragging their feet on such a wonder drug. There is more going on here and as Tim said in his interviews it’s their hypothesis not proven and the best way to prove is to test. I’ve asked Imm several times for the trial update but they have not responded unfortunately I trust Tim as far as I could throw him. I do wonder if things would be different with a better Chairman and if we cut all ties with Tim because big Pharma’s won’t have forgotten his previous announcements.

I'm disappointed we have not had any update on the phase 3 trial, I've written to Immupharma several times and not received a response. Tim promised better comms when they were appointed, they had Avion backing and FDA recommendations/advice so why nothing after 14 months.

Thanks David I just wish Tim did show that he cared for shareholders/ investors, we believe in the drugs and care about what they can do for patients all we want to know is that things are moving. At the moment all we can assume is that it is going slowly due to no communication. I'm obviously expecting too much from Immupharma and should just wait for everything to take its course, I just feel for the patients who are desperate for new drugs to help them.

Wildbunch I çontacted Imm over 2 weeks ago and still not had a response, I must just assume

that shareholders/investors are not important at the moment. My original investment of £50k is now 80% down and as a retired person my faith in Tim, Lisa or any of the board is very low after 6 years of poor delivery and communications. As I've said previously I'm tied in due to the 80% loss, I feel I'm a hostage rather than a shareholder/ investor. I know people will say I could have got out before the losses were so big but unfortunately when you are dealing with bowel cancer and chemotherapy you take your eye off certain things which I did. I just wish there were not so many broken promises and better management by Tim McC
